I order pizza about once a week and whether I order online or over the phone, my pizza is hot and fresh everytime. They will accomodate large parties as well as just a lunchtime meal for a great price! Kudos to Pizza Hut!!

Pros: Fast friendly service

Cons: No dine in.

I don't know who Pizza Hut has answering the phone at times but he messes up my order every time. This has made me reluctant to order from them as he frustrates me when on the phone and angers me when I get my order. I wish they would have a more knowledgeable person answer the phone so ordering would be easier and less of a bother.

PROS: good delivery service and food
CONS: lousy customer service on the phone
