Under Your Hat

Hair on the Square is a local beauty parlor and the girls like to chit chat while cutting your hair and you do not know how well they are doing; their prices are high too. The decor is clean and nice and well lighted but overall the prices are too high for a small town of 900 people. Parking is the best because the traffic is so minimal. I would recommend this to West Point people only because they seem to cater to them.
