Alberhasky Eye Clinic

Went above and beyond in finding me some contacts that would work. Let me try out several different kinds for extended periods of time. Helped recommend some frames that suit me very well, have gotten lots of compliments on them. Office staff are helpful and Dr. Alberhasky is very knowledgeable, patient when answering questions and pleasant. It seems he truly cares for his patients. Love the new machine that means dilation is no longer required!

I have found the doctor and all the staff to be pleasant, professional, good with directions/explanations, good with answering questions, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. They have been perfectly okay with me reusing already-owned frames, and work above-and-beyond to get contacts that suit your needs.

Two weeks ago I went to Alberhasky looking for frames for a new prescription. Not really wanting to change from frames I like, I was told I could get my new prescription in my current frames. I was encouraged to take 2 frames I liked but wanted to look additionally before purchasing. I was asked about the type of progressive lens in my current frames and signed a release to obtain information from my former provider. I called mid week to inquire if the lens information was obtained and rudely told I needed to call back later because the person taking my call was "out of the country" when I was in. She was very rude when I asked if I could be called when the information was obtained. I called myself and obtained this lens information within 10 minutes. I returned today having decided I would have new prescription lens placed in current frames as I had a new back-up pair I had not worn in addition to purchasing a new frames/lens and schedule an appointment for contacts. This same person, again needing to emphasize her recent out of the country excursion, did not understand any of the information about my current lens, told me I could not have progressive lens in my frames (which are sporting progressive lens from a very reputable institution as I type). She was horrifically argumentative, disrespectful and even suggested I get my glasses elsewhere.This employee was extremely rude, failed to demonstrate knowledge and skills even with her reference book in her hand and sent business away like a scene right out of Pretty Woman. Taking her advice, I did go elsewhere. My lens information was immediately understood. I will again have progressive lens in current favorite frames in addition to a second pair of clipon's. For the first employee I encountered at Alberhasky's, she was great, helpful, informative, and had me well on my way to giving contacts another try after 10 years of absence. Today's visit felt scripted right out of the movie Pretty Woman, lacked any confidence building in the business and sent business away...over $1,000 business away and damaged a reputation without any insight to what was created in 2 hours 2 weeks ago was destroyed in less than 5 minutes today. A role on desperate housewives may suite her better where gossip and disrespect is the norm but not in a health care business setting.

Alberhasky Eye Clinic is an excellent place to go for your eye care. They have very convenient appointment scheduling. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They have very state of the art equipment for testing your eyes. This includes testing if you use a computer all day and are having eye trouble because of it. They have a huge selection of contacts and help you with ordering them. Repeat customers get 20% off an order, and they are great about letting you know of any rebates that are offered by the manufacturer. They also have a large selection of designer glasses. All in all this is an excellent business with friendly and caring staff. I would recommend them to anyone!
