I took my televison in for a repair on a Wednesday and it was fixed by Friday. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. The merchandise is priced very reasonably.

I took my televison in for a repair on a Wednesday and it was fixed by Friday. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. The merchandise is priced very reasonably.

dropped off my tv for repair which was suggested by the warranty company that I took out when I Purchased the tv. It is a LCD TV /DVD 32" Polaroid The DVD player was not working properly and stuck. It took two weeks before they looked at it. A MONTH LATER...So this morning my husband and I went to pick it up Note: when we left it we told them we expected it to be in the same good condition it was when we dropped it off. This company is very dirty. The floors are disgusting. When we got there she could not find it. Then I noticed it was on the floor behind another TV. She scooted it out on the concrete floor and then my husband automatically said no way! It had scratches all over the screen and on the frame and in the grooves that goes around the front border it had tiny sand pebbles in the crevis of the border. He said this is absolutely unacceptable. And all the the manager said was not his problem and no aplogies or anything. We told him someone is going to replace the TV and he can keep it because we are not accepting it now. It was bad. He said well I would not even have bought a polaroid and I said what does that have to do with the damage? Very rude and did not care about us as the customer what so ever. I left it and came home and called the warranty company which is N.E.W. through Walmart and they are trying to handle it. They were appalled and trying to get me a new TV,. the company even lied to them and said we offered to replace the screen. No they did not and I would not have accepted that now. I do not trust them with anything of mine. I will pass the word on to everyone I know to never take a product to that terrible company. I work for a newspaper and news travels fast. And if I would have known it was rated F i would have never went TO THEM
