My salesman was very friendly and willing to take the time to help me find the right car. Although I already had a feeling of what car I wanted, visiting this dealership was the right choice. A lot of dealerships in the area only care about the bottom line but I didn't get that feeling from this dealer. I would definitely Witham Kia in Waterloo to anyone.

If this review prevents just one person from going through the headaches I have been through, not only with my vehicle, but also with the service department.... I guess the old saying isn't so true... I didn't get what I paid for... I paid a lot of money for JUNK... didn't even have the vehicle 2 days and the nonstop problems began... it sits in my driveway or repair shop ( no longer Witham's repair shop... i learned that lesson well ) more than it's been driven. The problems that withams " REPAIRED " had to be repaired at a different shop 3 days later.... they do not stand behind the vesicles or service they provide. I WAS WARNED about this place... I so wished I would have listened.
well, lets start this off this way...i love the service dept, the guys there are a great help, and speedy as well. they get you in fast and out quickly! and they do great service as well.
now..the sales dept. on the other hand, they never want to budge on a deal, the individual sales people, they are fine, its the head hauncho guy that makes the final say that is not a good sport. so overall, would not buy a vehicle there...but i sure woudl have one serviced there!!!!!!!!!!
