Nebraska Furniture Mart Flrng

We had a good experience here picking out the appliances for our new house. We told customer service when we walked in that we needed help and within 3-5 minutes we had a sales associate helping us. I didn't think their selection was huge, but it met our needs.

Nebraska Furniture Mart is a huge furniture/appliance store, with a good selection of merchandise. However, there is no store map to help customers locate specific merchandise. Once inside the store, it was difficult to get waited on, and we had to wait as long as 15 minutes before we finally got some help. Once we did get waited on, the sales person wasn't able to answer our questions about specific appliance models. We were even told to go to another store. Needless to say, we weren't too impressed with the sales people or their professionalism.

PROS: Good selection of merchandise, with good prices
CONS: Too few sales people to help customers; not knowledgeable enough.
