We told customer service when we walked in that we needed help and within 3-5 minutes we had a sales associate helping us. However, there is no store map to help customers locate specific merchandise. Once inside the store, it was difficult to get waited on, and we had to wait as long as 15 minutes before we finally got some help. Once we did get waited on, the sales person wasn't able to answer our questions about specific appliance models. We were even told to go to another store.
