Stew Hansen Dodge City Jeep

My husband & I bought a Grand Caravan at Stew Hansen recently, and we were happy with the sales process. Since we received the van, we have had some trouble (a mistake at the factory made the air conditioner leak all over the carpet), and we're having trouble getting them to make it right. They did fix the problem, but we still havent' heard back from them about getting the rust & the carpet fixed.
