I am deeply disappointed in their phone customer service.

I simply called to check the prices on 4 tires I want to buy and they put me on hold the first time for 10 mins and the line was dead silent, after which I hung up and called back.

I was hold another 10 mins at which point I hung up and called back. I asked to speak with a manager and I waited another 10 minutes.

I called them back ONE LAST time and told them to put some speed on it.

After about three or four mins I finally talked to Brad who took my number and called me back to personally look up the tire price himself.

I figure if its a staffing problem they should hire more people, or perhaps a person whose sole job is to assist all the departments with these kind of needs.

Brad did me a solid but the system they have in place for customer assistance is pretty lacking. And its renewal time
for me too, I have a lot to think about.

STAY AWAY from the photo department at Sams Club in Council Bluffs. I used to develop all of my photos there because I could get digital prints (ready in a few days) for only 13 cents each. At a recent visit (around Christmas) I went in to have around 250 photos developed. I wanted 13 cents a print so I went up to a photo machine and filled my order. I selected "ready in days" when prompted to.

A few days later I get out my little printed "receipt" to pick up my photos. I look at the total and realize that I was charged for the hourly price of 17 cents a print. That made my total jump up $10. When I get to Sams, I start to tell the employee at the photo department what happened. She informs me that of the four photos machines they have, only ONE does 13 cent prints. So I tell her that the machine I used asked if I wanted them "ready in days." She informs me that it doesn't matter if I click there, it's still one hour photo.

Fabulous. So I ask her to show me where this is written. Underneath the three machines near the door, each one says 17 cents. I just figured they listed the one hour price. I didn't think that meant they were ONLY 17 cents. I ask her to show me where on the 13 cent machine is says the price. She tells me, "well, it used to say it at the top but we now have this holiday thing up." Well, gee...that's helpful! I tell her that I think it should be written in big letters somewhere for people to see.

Finally she decides to give me the 13 cent price but she doesn't seem too happy about it. Then, as she's ringing me up, she says..."Just so you know, if you do the 13 cent prints in the future, they only come in glossy." I said that was fine. She says, in a very snarky tone, "Well, I just wanted to tell you since it's not WRITTEN anywhere."

And that was the last time I had photos developed at Sams Club. From now on, it's Walgreens.com. They are cheap and they'll deliver them right to my door!
