The worst experience of my life. Started out by staff reporting they need my ring 3 months before the wedding date to sauter my wedding band onto my engagement ring. I dropped it off just over 3 months before the big date. 1 month after dropping the ring off I called and asked what the status of the ring was and they reported they haven't sent it out yet, said "we didn't know you were ready to send it." I was extremely nervous because they reported they needed it 3 months before hand, and now we are down to 2 months. They sent it away and than 1.5 months later it came in so we could pick it up. My fiance went to pick it up because we were running out of time, when he arrived nothing was sautered the band had one small diamond like something you would see with an engagment band and ring. My fiance said "this isn't even close to the right thing" the first lady said this is exactly what you ordered. The other employee came over and said this isn't what they ordered. Staff said, "well we need to send it out and than you guys need to bring it back in 3 weeks before wedding." This doesn't work since we are down to 2.5 weeks already. So magically they sent it back and what we were told would take 3 months was done in 5 days. When we went to pick it up once again it was the wrong ring. By this point very frustrated and my fiance asked can this be fixed in time and what would you do to compensate for all the issues we had. They stated "about 20% discount, because we didn't think you needed the band until next September". I laughed and said so you are trying to tell me I dropped my ring off 9 months ahead of time so you could look at it in the display box. I than told them to take the band off and we would go else where. We went to Siebke Hoyt, everyone was fabulous and the band still cost of $500 less, and this is with multiple overnight shipments and they had to fix my original band because Karen Marie screwed it up with the sautering. LONG STORY STRAIGHT DON'T GO TO KAREN MARIE!!!!!!!!!! WE HAD AMAZING SERVICE AT SIEBKE HOYT AND WILL FOREVER DO ALL OUR BUSINESS THROUGH SIEBKE HOYT!

I purchased many pieces of fine Jewelry from Karen Marie for my wife over the years. I have experienced an outstanding selection to choose from, great service and extremely high quality jewelry at a fair price. We also had them completely redesign an antique diamond ring that used to be my mothers and it is so beautiful. Thanks for bailing me out at crunch time on numerous anniversaries, birthdays and other occasions. We couldn't be happier, keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been in this store many times and bought rings and necklaces from them. If you want a piece of jewelry that is different and unique and not seen on everybody or sold as bulk this is the place to go. They did a great job of giving me my own look. Great people to work with. Karen Marie keep up the great job and keep in mind you can't keep them all happy. You have a return customer in me. Thanks

I bought my engagement ring at this store, and had a very pleasant experience all-around. I told them my budget and they helped me locate something unique and sofisitcated even under my budget. In a trade that is replete with marketing and explotation (deBeers), I found their approach very sensible. It was very refreshing to not be pushed towards spending extra money on (the 4 C's) - that will not be noticed after you leave the store.

Horrible experience working with them. They are rude, don't keep promises and their prices are unreasonable. They try to sell you on "custom" designs but they weren't able to come up with anything special and just wanted to use existing designs and make small changes and call it "custom." I will never shop with them again. The woman who runs the store was very rude and the staff seemed to follow suit.

I purchased a mens ring as a christmas gift. I was told it would take 3 weeks to special order the correct size. After several calls the ring finally arrived in March- did not fit - wrong size was ordered! Had to reorder and waited 2 more months for what was again promised as a 2-3 week delivery. Store employee was very sorry. Once I got the ring it lasted less than a month and the stone fell out. Went back to the store and was told it was warrantied and I could reorder. Again, employees were nice - oh so sorry - but history told me they were incompetent in following up to make sure they met their promises. I reordered a different ring, and again it was promised delivery in 2 weeks - this time, there was a ring of the correct size somewhere in a warehouse. At the end of the 3rd week with still no word from the store, I made my last phone call and demanded the ring on a given day or refund - guess what? The ring was at the store waiting for me the very next day.

My watch broke a couple of months back and I took it to Karen Marie Jewelry. They did a okay job of fixing it, but the prices were outrageous, and the staff was not friendly at all. If you are in a bind, and can't find anything better, it's alright.
