This place seems to have completely missed the whole fat epidemic that is going on in this country. Nearly everything except the salad was breaded and deep fat fried, and then topped with some extra grease just in case. Nothing on the menu looked at all interesting or even done in an interesting way, unless you consider breaded insert-food-here to be interesting. Even the salads were your boring fare of iceberg lettuce and a few vegetables. Waitstaff was nice.

I have been thinking about going there and your review made me decide to try it out next time I'm up in that neck of the woods. It sounds like a very nice place to eat, that is classy, yet not too uppety.
5The restaurant was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff was friendly and the waiter took our order promptly. Mixed drinks were satisfactory; appetizers great. I ordered the Smothered Chicken and was very impressed; my wife had a Caesar Salad and thought it was a little small but good. The bill was not too expensive, a little more than what I expected from a small town restaurant but nothing unreasonable. After our meal in the dining center we went up to the bar area and had a very nice conversation with the bartender. I would recommend this restaurant to travelers looking for a nice sit down meal.
Pros: Very good meal, nice interior, friendly staff, big enough for parties
Cons: A little expensive
