This isn't a true free clinic anymore even for the homeless. Plus they will charge you for everything they can. Clinic no longer care if you are poor, fixed income under-insurance, nor homeless. Still get a bill and what make matter worse they'll charge you $15 each and every mo that you are late. Now how that suppose to help the homeless when they are being charge. Even the homeless refuse to go there unless dire need of medical attention. They are more worry about the bottom line.

I have four children and have always found the pediatrics department and staff to be phenomenal when dealing with my children. They even do a great job of remembering who we are and what we've been seen for in the past. I have not found a "great" physician in the adult clinic, but they are adequate and pretty typical for a doctor's office.

I originally tried to make an appt at the Clinic in Waterloo but they referred me the branch in Clarksville b/c it was closer to me (Waverly) & they were able to get me in sooner there. The Clinic in Clarksville is so new that it was even listed in the yellowpages or google so I couldn't find directions. So I called the Waterloo location back & the woman there found the address & phone number for me & said if I still had problems to call back so I could talk to one of the doctors that have been there before for directions. I felt really stupid for calling back but the woman was so kind & understood my situation.

I read other reviews about how great the clinic was but was still skeptical about how the people might treat me b/c of my race. I haven't been treated very well in this new area b/c of it. However, I was glad I went to the clinic. The RN, MD and even the receptionist there were soooo nice & very respectful. They treated me as if I was a family member or friend that they've known for years! I felt very comfortable w/them & they tried everything to help me get the care I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This is a great local health and dental clinic in Waterloo. It is located by Expo High School. They offer great services to people without insurance or people with bad insurance. They just opened up a dental clinic also. They also offer perscriptions, lab and x-ray services. They work with homeless people as well as new and expecting moms. When you take your child in, they get a book, not a sticker or a piece of candy. Check this out even if you have insurance and I am sure you will be suprised!
