DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO LITHIA FORD COLLISION REPAIR!!!\r

These guys are not qualified to repair cars or trucks, and will rip you OFF, give you the run around, not follow up on repairs as promise, and upon return tell you it

I bought a used vehicle from Lithia Boise with a salesman that was nice enough to work with except for the unusual amount of pressure and actual pleading to purchase the SUV (it was kind of sad). The dealership earned a 1 star rating (or worse) because we had the normal agreement that the vehicle had passed their used car inspection and it would be cleaned/detailed before handed over to me. When I went to pick up the SUV the next day it was only cleaned on the outside and the driver/passenger area, I guess they thought I wouldn't look and skipped the 2nd and 3rd row where there was actually gum stuck on a seat and somebody spilled pop in a cupholder - and to top it off the remote door unlock (FOB) was broken and they refused to replace it even though they had promised a working one prior to the deal. My fault for not getting that in writting - I'm guessing they found the cost of replacement was $150 and decided to "forget" that verbal agreement ever happened.
I'm typically not one for negative reviews but what really set me off was reviewing the used car inspection report and finding the mechanic determined new tires were required (by the dealerships tread depth specification) and they did not replace the tires. I have the inspection report actually showing a check mark that new tires are required and I'm looking down at the old tires with thin tread knowing I've been taken. So, when I went back into the dealership a third time (3 days in a row) I asked for the same people (my salesman and his boss) and was left standing on the sales floor for 20 minutes until I started asking random employees for help and actually nagging the receptionist. I was lied to my face and treated badly in person and especially on the phone, the typical line used on me was ??my boss can??t approve that?. The only item fixed was the rest of my car was cleaned, short of a lawsuit I can't get any further help.
I know this dealership is already struggling, but I don't think they're helping their cause by losing repeat business, and with communication the way it is they can't treat a customer the way they treated me without repercussion. If you decide to make a purchase with this dealer anyways, don't accept any verbal promises and try to get any issues taken care of before you sign anything.

Lithia Ford of Boise was the worst and most offensive car dealership my husband and I have ever experienced in purchasing a new vehicle. By offensive, I mean obnoxious, abrasive and rude. Lithia had the 2011 Ford we wanted but after 60

Beware of who you are dealing with. Lithia Ford of Boise is in my opinion an incredibly unethical car dealership. Here is my story:
I dealt with Randy Price (Sales Manager), Jordan Summers and Gary Hoesing. After going back and forth

We own a business also. These guys are bullies. They are also not interested in doing business with businesses. They won't take anything commercial in on trade.

I do not recommend this car dealership. I bought a Ford Expedition and though I like the car fine, I loathe dealing with anybody at Lithia. I stupidly bought the maintenance plan and I waste so much time waiting for the oil changes to take place that it just isn't worth it. Also, the plastic molding on the car doors became discolored. I found forums online from other Expedition owners who own the same year and it is definitely a widespread issue. Lithia says it isn't a defect and they won't cover it. If it wasn't a defect, it wouldn't be a widespread issue. I will never buy from Lithia again and will definitely take my business elsewhere. As I own a business I have a Ford box van, van, F250, and the Expedition. Lithia will not get my business when it is time to replace a vehicle.

I recently read about Lithia scamming an 82 year old veteran. I wouldn't reccomend going to a place that would stoop that low. This poor man has dementia and cognitive disablilities, and they cheated him on a trade in. Stay away from this company.
