Zi Spa & Salon

My hubby got me a gift certificate to Zi Spa for my birthday. I was nervous, I had never been to a spa. But called and scheduled a massage, bath, and manicure. The atmosphere was wonderful! I felt very comfortable in the robe they gave me to relax in, and enjoyed some refreshments as well. When it came time for my massage, the masseuse was professional, and quiet. There was no awkward talking, it was all relaxation! The bath was wonderful. Quiet, candlelight, and was just wonderful! The towels were even hot, from the heated towel bars! My only complaint is that the manicure was just okay.. The manicurist didn't do a great job of trimming my nails, and the paint was all over the place.The ladies there just wanted to chat, chat, chat.. where as I felt I wanted more of a relaxation experience, and just enjoy the scenery, and be pampered. Prices overall were pretty good. I would definitely recommend if you want to get away!

experience : My husband gave me a gift card for $110 for our 4th anniversary. I scheduled an appointment and had a great facial cocktail. When it came time to pay, they said there was no record of the gift card. A couple days later, they called and said that they were going to honor it, and said that I could schedule another appointment to use the remaining amount. To make a long story short, they never would honor the remaining amount, and my facial that should've cost me $60, ended up costing me $110. I will not go to zi spa again, and I do not recommend anyone purchasing a gift card, unless you have adequate paperwork to back it up. (don't pay cash!)

No I will never recommend them

Quality massage therapists! Very professional and discreet. A great place to go before your wedding to feel great on that special day.
Give a day to your mother for Mother's Day. She'll never forget you. They also carry a line of wonderful beauty products. I use them. They are fantastic! Skin never felt better.

PROS: Great staff and great services!
CONS: A little steep..

The Zi Spa & Salon is magnificant! And ti's not only for women, I know men who enjoy it just as much as I do! Very calming and peaceful! Simply delightful! The staff is awesome!
