Is there a way to give a zero or negative? Really these people are too big headed and think that they can just charge whatever price they want. I was quoted one thing on the phone, then the salesman decided to up it when I went in later that day. Their staff was not helpful. I've been in there before and no one said a word to me the whole time I was in there. Total contrast from another time when I had a pushy salesman all over me. Even if their staff was nice, their prices sure aren't!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I don't know how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers. My dad went in there last winter to look into purchasing an arctic cat m1000 that was in the showroom it was marked with a priced that seemed fair but not underpriced. He spoke with one of the salesman and said he would come back that day to buy it for that price. My dad later returned with a check and they told him that the sled had been priced wrong so they took the sticker off after he had left, nevermind that price had been on it several days before he decided to finally buy it, and they would not honor that price no matter what. On another note my brother went in there the other day to sell them a used yamaha banshee for a previously agreed upon price. He waited there for two hours because they said they needed to look it over and check the compression before they could make the deal. Finally the guy he was making the deal with came out and gave him a check for it and my brother signed over the title. He immediately went to the bank and cashed the check. A few hours later the man who made the deal with him called our house and said that the compression was low on one cylinder and they could not accept the fourwheeler and that they would be canceling the check. My dad called to see what the problem was and he was told that the motor was seized, yet the motor starts up first kick, and they could not accept it. Needless to say my brother is still trying to resolve this problem. Save yourself a big headache and drive the distance to another dealership. Rexburg Motorsports has permanently lost my business.

STAY AWAY!!!! I only gave them one star because I could not give them zero. Rexburg Motorsports is a worthless shop, STAY AWAY! My 60 year old dad was riding through Yellowstone Park on a 2003 Honda Shadow when he got a flat tire. I live in Rigby so I drove up to The Park to get him. I pulled his bike into Rexburg Motorsports to get it fixed so he could get back on the road (he now lives in Texas although he is from Teton Valley) we got to the service department at 4:20pm. They gave us the runaround for 10 minutes saying that they did not think they would have time to get it fixed before 5:00pm when the repair department closed. At 4:30 they told us that their only service technician just left for the day 30 MINUTES EARLY and that he would have to wait until Monday to get is bike fixed! What a JOKE those A$$HOLE$ are, by that time it was too late to tow his bike to Idaho Falls to get it fixed. This is NO WAY to treat a stranded rider who is on a road trip. He had cash in hand and just wanted to get back on the road. Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO TO REXBURG MOTORSPORTS! They may be great at selling stuff but their customer service after the fact is despicable! I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years, NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!

Sold me a 2002 Honda Rancher and claimed it needed some brakes pads and two bearings. What it really needed was a new drive-line, steering knuckle, rear axel, left rear hub, new brake cyclinders, new brake drum seals and a whole lot of dirt cleaned out from under all the skid plates. To date I have over $500.00 in parts and about 12 hours labor put in and it's still not ready. When I called they made no attempt to resolve the issue. Their answer came down to it was sold as is - regardless of what we told you. BUYER BEWARE

Rexburg Motosports is really fun to visit with kids. They have everything you could ever want and they are located just a half hour away from Saint Anthony sand dunes.
