I visited Quilt Crossing for the first time to have my older Bernina serviced.
The good: The store looks to have a huge selection of quilting fabrics, good quality threads and all of the latest Bernina machines. I'm not a quilter so am probably not qualified to review the fabric selection. The women at the main counter appeared friendly.
The bad: The woman to whom they directed me for my sewing machine repair was incredibly rude. She insulted me because my machine is an "older" machine and then rebuked me for not knowing I needed to bring in thread and fabric that showed the stitching. Well, that certainly is my bad. But in my defense, I've never had my machine serviced before and it never occurred to me I'd have to do anything but describe the problem and ask for routine servicing. In any case, she represents the store badly, and if I ever have to have my machine serviced again, or if I need Bernina supplies, I'll drive the extra distance to Twin Falls.

the quilt crossing offers a lot-but be prepared to break the bank while you are there.
awesome selection of bernina machines, which you cannot find elsewhere in town. but everything is very spendy.
the customer service is good, but they get busy and sometimes you can get ignored.

Overall, a nice quilt store. Classes are offered, etc. Location can be a bit of a pain to pull in to. Prices seem pretty standard for quilting supplies. They have a pretty large selection of fabrics and notions and lots of demo items in the store, so you can get some ideas for embroidery and projects and such.
