I had one of my tennants call and complain that she was getting spider bites every night and asked me to fix the problem. Not wanting to loose a good tennant I called and they were out that same day to take a look and give me a quote. The spider problem has been fixed and I have set up a service plan for all my properties. I recommend calling them if you encounter bug issues.
