We bought our dream truck in June. 2010. 2004 F350 diesel.This was after we did the paper work on 2 other trucks that broke down before they were even off the lot. My husband and I were so excited. Our happiness has turned to horror after only 2 weeks the vehicle lost power and started blowing white smoke - Blown Head Gaskets. They "talked" Treasure Valley Leasing into financing it into our payment ($4000.00). Then the ERG sensor went out. That was another $700.00 Okay we thought. WRONG - it is now sitting at the Ford dealership with Blown Head Gaskets again. DD said that the repair was a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty and here it is 7 months later and they are not honoring it. We cannot afford to pay another $4000.00 to fix this truck and we are in danger of losing our jobs because we only have one vehicle. If I make it through this without losing everything I will never buy from them again and will warn my family and friends. Dennis Dillon please do not send me your canned response that you send to everyone.

We had the great opportunity to meet TIM WURTZ at Dennis Dillon car dealership. We bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey and it is exactly what we had been looking for. We had gone to other dealerships and we were so impressed with Tim. He was such a pleasure to talk with and did everything he could to make our car buying experience the best! He was very patient with us, and at no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable when talking with Tim. He knew we had a certain budget we needed to stay in and he knew what car we wanted and helped us get a great deal, thank you so much Tim for everything. In Feburary I leased a 2011 Kia Sorento at Dennis Dillion, my salesperson was Rob Howard, the entire experience was great. In this process Rob was telling me all the pluses to getting this car, but it wasn't until I took a road trip last week that I realized everything thing he told me and more was true about this car, Incredible gas mileage, road quiet, comfortable , stablity in high wind and more than enough get up and go for the mountains. Thanks Rob for once again steering me in the right direction.

This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure, the salesman Brian listened to what I wanted to do, what I wanted to buy and followed thru with finding me the right car. I had a great opportunity to work a salesman Tim Wurtz at Dennis Dillon used cars. He was very professional and understood our needs in a truck. We are very happy with how Tim handled the sales process and finance was great also. Dave took the time to fully explain everything. I was all over the map in terms of what my first vehicle purchase should be. After a horrible experience at Lithia Ford I found myself test driving a nissan altima at Dennis Dillon where I met Jakob. He was awesome from the very beginning and respected my wishes. He knew when to be pushy and when not to. I fell in love with the altima and couldn't wait to buy one. I was not expecting to buy a car so soon but everything fell into place. Everyone was very nice and I highly recommend Jakob for any future purchases.

A friend of mine purchased a Nissan from them a couple of weeks earlier and she had a great experience. I was greeted promptly by Scott who showed me the selection of Muranos and told me all about them, equipment, features and options. I purchases a 2009 Nissan Altima from Dennis Dillon. When I was looking at the selection I was never approached by a salesman and had to walk to a further building to get help. The whole purchasing process was not much better and when I asked for water since it was over 100 degrees outside and I had to walk to find them, they told me where the fountain was even though all of the salesman had bottled water. Less than two hours after I had picked up my car something hit my windshield and it cracked with a complete 360 degree circle covering the entire thing. I understand that it was an unfortunate accident but the way it had cracked was the issue. Since I had turned around in Nampa we stopped by one of their dealership who said they had never seen a crack like it and if it was their car they would have replaced it for me. They also did not have very good things to say about Dennis Dillon. When we returned to Dennis Dillon they first had us run from one building to the next because no one would actually find out where the manager was for us. Then the manager was a complete jerk who instantly got defensive and only offered to call their window guy for an estimate. Of course I had a $500 deductible and ended up finding a Windshield for $250, cheaper than what they had even offered. The guy that replaced my windshield then let me know that the crack was not on the outside but on the inside layer of the glass. He said it was one of the strangest breaks he had seen. He also said that while typically Nissan is very good when installing their glass, my car had the adhesive further up on the car than recommended. He told me that it would be very hard to prove, but that may have caused the crack to be so severe and any Dealership he has worked with would have replaced it for their customers. After I returned from the Dennis Dillon my brother came to look at my car and asked where I had purchased it. He was not surprised at the troubles I had with them since he had shopped there in the past. He refuses to ever buy from them and told me about his experience. He and his wife were looking to buy a used car and were talking to a sales associate when another couple entered the lot looking at a new car. The associate left to help the other couple and never returned to help my brother. My brother and his wife were planning on purchasing the car but after their poor customer service never will. I will never purchase another car from Dennis Dillon and would never recommend them to anyone.

Our case is currently under investigation by the Idaho Transportation Department-DMV. We'll never patronize Dennis Dillon Auto Park, or any other affiliations of Dennis Dillon. And highly encourage anyone and everyone, to avoid any business dealings with Dennis Dillon, to spare you from what we've been though thus far - as of 3-3-08.
UPDATE 3-2-09: One year later... we are in legal proceedings against Dennis Dillon. We're scheduled for jury trial in June 2009 ... Their poor business practices, lack of integrity, honor, decency, is unbelievable! Will update again after court date.
P.S: Anyone who's had a complaint against Dennis Dillon, and no resolve by them - really needs to file a formal complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's office and the Idaho Department of Transportation. Good Luck!

We had to take our minivan here for some repair. They were very reasonable on price and they did a great job. The people were friendly and they had a great turn around time. We got our van just when promised. These people stick to their word here. A definate plus.

I purchased a new 2002 Xterra (126 mi.) The next day there fluid on the driveway. It was a transmission leak. They claimed it was new and the seal just needed to be adjusted. When purchasing the vehicle, it was placed on the showroom floor and it was leaking them, at that time they told me they had just washed the car. It took them an entire month to correct the problem. Three times to be exact which should have qualified them to replace the vehicle entirely. I spoke to GM who apologized that I "did not receive a quality car" Just a reminder, I purchased this car from their dealership which could mean one of two things. All their cars are not of the quality he is referring to or once the car is sold, they don't care because they didn't attempt to make my car a quality car. Just enough to last the warranty.

PROS: Everyone was very friendly until the purchase was made.
CONS: After purchasing the car, anyone I spoke to referred me to someone else.
