European Machine

European Machine is great! We had our '91 Jetta break down and made the mistake of taking it to a shop literally next door that charged us over $500, ordered the wrong parts more than once and never figured out what was wrong with our car and actually broke two other parts on our car. My husband talked to Dave at European Machine and he knew what was wrong with it and had it fixed within a few days. He helped us out several other times with that Jetta and always charged us fairly and got us in and out as quickly as possible. We even traded in our '91 Jetta for a newer Jetta from his shop. Great car, we love and love that we knew it had been serviced by him! I recommend them to any and everyone with a European car. We moved away and I really wish he had a shop down here.

If you own a VW or Audi or any German or European car for that matter you need to take it to these guys. They know what they are doing and don't sell you a bunch of work you don't need.

Whether it's oil changes, repairs or scheduled maintenance, these guys are awesome! I just bought my first car from them and I'm very happy about it and how they take care of me. They are the only crew in town that I will have work on my VW!

European Machine is excellent. They're easy to find on Seltice Way between Post Falls and Coeur d' Alene, and offer straightforward help with unique cars. I've had a few cars repaired there and decided I wouldn't own a car unless European Machine could take care of it. On one car I was told by the big-name mechanic down the street that I needed $300 in parts and all sorts of labor on a certain light coming on in the dash. I took it to European Machine and in a few minutes the mechanic there had debugged the problem to a very simple fix and sent me on my way, with a $10 part, and the car has been great since.

I've bought a car from them and loved the fact that in buying a used car European Machine doesn't just sell something that is expected to break down in a week, but fixes up the car before selling it, and any service I need they know exactly what to do. I even get every oil change done there because Jiffy and the like screw stuff up under the hood and upsell a bunch of crap I don't need. European Machine can be trusted to do the right thing.

I recommend European Machine to anyone I know that drives a European car. I prefer Audi, VW, Porsche, etc. and my doctor drives an Audi, so I recommended him to European Machine. He reported that it was the first time he had taken his car in and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. He previously only used dealerships. My doc is now a fan as well.

If you own a Volkswagon, Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mini, Jaguar, Ferrari, Lotus or any European car, don't take chances with the shops that don't specialize and therefore don't know what they're doing. Take it straight to European Machine and get it done right!
