.

So I had this odd sound coming from my truck. A friend told me Pauls was decent on prices, and getting the job done right. I took my truck in. Paul himself diagnosed the issue as being the rearend diff was bad. I go in a week later to check on status, and following the conversation, gives me the impression he has totally mis-diagnosed the issue. Instead of owning up to anything he said he got my truck confused with someone elses. Week later i get my truck. Seems to be running ok. I asked for the rearend diff that was replaced. 2 days after I got my truck back, the noise came back. I took the rear end to a couple other shops asking their opinion of the rear end that was replaced. everyone said they didnt see anything wrong with it. Months later I found the problem to be faulty vacuum, hoese keeping the transfer case from fully engaging or disengaging. I called and asked Paul about it, and just got blown off.
