B & B Auto Brite

I took my car in to be cleaned and specifically asked that they vacuum out the back of the car. The attendant said that they would be sure to and also suggested that I upgrade and pay extra for the service, which I did.

The exterior of the car looked wonderful!!

I picked up the car and went to my next appointment. I looked in the back and was I ever DISAPPOINTED AND VERY IRRATE!! I had intentionally removed everything from the back of the suburban so that it was easily accessible and had even removed the third seat. The floormats looked nice and clean as that was part of the upgrade; however, it looked as if they put them back in place without vacuuming. AND WHERE THERE WERE NO FLOORMATS OR RUGS, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT IT HADN'T BEEN VACUUMED OR TOUCHED!!! I wished that I had the time to take it back and have them remedy the situation or at least vacuum as guaranteed, but I had other appointments to make.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FULL SERVICE AT B & B AUTOBRITE. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON THE EXTERIOR, BUT THE INTERIOR WAS A MESS!!! I WOULD ALSO NOT PAY THE EXTRA FOR UPGRADE. IF YOU DO USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT, CHECK IT OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE A TIP OR LEAVE THE PLACE.

I was very happy with the service I recieved today. They are always very willing to get the job done right. And now they have a new express wash for only $5.00! It's perfect and now I use it weekly. I would reccomend to everyone.

I would highly recommend using this business. I have used lots of carwashes and detail stores and none compare to this one. It is really nice to see no equipment to damage my car (it's all done by hand) and the selection of service choices allows you to get exactly what you really want. The staff is very friendly and get the job done right.

When we first moved here we took our car to B&B Autobrite every two weeks. They seemed to do a really good job for the price but later on as they had a higher turnover in employees and charged a higher fee to wash and vacuum the car we used them less often. I went back two more times and after paying to have my care cleaned inside and out I felt that I could probably do a much better job myself at home or having my sons do it and paying them. I have not been back since. It has been about a year now. I would not really recommend going there considering my last experiences with them.

I like to come here to get my car washed. They usually do a great job on my car. I like that I can wait inside and watch them wash my car. The prices are pretty good. And it's a lot better than doing it yourself.

I have had a great car wash here, and a not so great car wash here. It seems like they go through a lot of help. Usually they do a pretty good job. If you see something they have missed , they are very quick to fix it for you.
