Caritta Salon, is a wonderful and magical place. I really enjoyed the world class customer service I received from Kristen !!!! She knows how to cut, color, and style hair! I am yet to find a better stylist and yes I will be back! Make sure you book your next appointment with her!

Worst customer service ever! I don't know who the guy is that works behind the counter, but I hope they don't pay him much. The only thing I saw him do was sweep the floor and get on the internet. Not to mention his terrible customer service skills. He was rude to multiple people, including me. Then after I left I called to complain about him to the owner. Well he answered the phone and told me he could take care of my complaint/problem. After much debate I finally told him, "I doubt it, the complaint is about you." He hung up on me!!! I'm never going to back. And will let everyone know Carrita Salon is a waste of money and time.

I moved to Boise this summer and was NOT looking forward to finding a new hair salon. All the time and patience it takes to find a stylist who understands what you want your hair to look like... and all the bad hair cuts in between, ugh.

But Caritta was perfect. I had Melissa cut and color my hair and it turned out absolutely right the first time. She truly listened to how I wanted my hair to look and it was so refreshing! I'll never go anywhere else. The ambiance is nice as well. It is a pleasure to sit and wait for your appointment when you're lounging in their bright, modern salon sipping wine. The only down side is that it might be a bit more expensive than others. My cut and color was $90 (I'm a college student, so Ouch), but I don't really know how that compares in Boise.

I have tried a number of the salons since I moved to Boise a year ago, but none of them measured up. I finally went to Caritta Salon and had Kolee do my hair. It was perfect--the color, the cut, the atmosphere! I loved the fact that she could put my words into action and make my hair do what I want. Also, she showed me what products to use and how to use them so I can get the same look at home. For you and your hairs sake you have got try this place out.

They all greeted me on the premises at the appointed time and offered me liquid refreshment, which was a very elegant touch in a chic, hip establishment. Having patronized a number of beauty salons, I definitely recall those that go out of their way to ensure that the service--in this case, a haircut--is a pleasant, memorable experience. Over the course of several consultations and with input from me, the ladies washed, combed, cut,dried and styled my hair withconscientiousness, precision and care. I also was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the receptionist on duty that day. Yours Truly left as a very satisfied customer, and I can't wait to tell my friends about and to show off my new haircut!
