If you're thinking about lasik you need to go to Artisan Optics. They made me feel comfortable from the first visit on, explained everything and answered all of my questions. And all of your visits including surgery is at the same location. Super convenient. Plus with my insurance I saved so much money. I love the way I see and I tell all of my friends to go to TLC at Artisan Optics. They're the best!

Pros: Service, Doctors, Staff

This is the place to get COOL prescription glasses....ONLY if you don't care how much it costs.
I bought a pair of Theo (brandname) glasses and everyone said how cool they look.
This place does carry expensive frames just because they have brand names & unique looks.
The people who work there are very friendly & nice. I got mine perfectly fit.
When I went to pick up my glasses, they handed me their store paper bag with gift tissues and the original Theo case with my glasses inside. It was just like a present. They had me try the glasses and offered for any adjustments....fabulous!!!

Pros: cool styles

Cons: a little long to get the glasses (they have to mail them)

They sell expensive frames but they are very lazy about measuring you (your PD, etc). When I went in to pick up my $900 glasses they just cleaned them and gave them to me and said "Don't be a stranger." They didn't even bother to see if the PD was correct, to see if the arms were too tight/loose, nothing. And I didn't even get a case for them. For that much money I expect them to make sure the glasses are perfect. I don't think their people are qualified or trained. They certainly didn't seem to care much as long as I paid the bill. Oh.. and the glasses are giving me huge headaches - these are my 2nd pair of progressives and they are horrible.
