I had called concerning a bill I had paid. I had some questions concerning this and I unfortunately was connected with Lynn in Billing. She was curt, abrasive, and down right RUDE. I understand there are limitations and things could not be done to help with my situation but not once did she show any sympathy and even interrupted not once but twice.
My suggestion is Training your employees in Customer Service and basic manners. Lynn needs to be reviewed in how she handles Customer issues and this wasn't even a tough one.

STAY AWAY FROM HAYDEN - NORTH IDAHO IMMEDIATE CARE ON PRARIE AVE> Unfortunately, I cannot say to much, as there might be a litigation pending on this matter. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY OR YOURSELF TO HAYDEN IMMEDIATE CARE. I went in with simple infection and was treated with wrong antibiotics and given wrong instructions for care of it. This was confirmed by two different doctors outside of IDAHO. I knew something was wrong as the infection became worse. Dr. Casper especially needs to hang up his license!!! what a QUACK>....

When I went in to be seen the receptionist never acknowledged me and the doctor was extremely rude (never wanted to listen to me) just acted like he was God and my voice (opinion) didn't matter.
I will never go back to that uncaring place and I will tell others to go to Urgent Care instead...at least there I got treated with care and respect

I recently took my Daughter in to the Priraie Ave center in Hayden and they charged me 210.40 just to have the vitals taken and the Doctor to tell us we needed to go to the Hospital. The docotor took one look and said "the is beyound my abiliites. We took all of 3 minutes of His time. Why should I have to pay full price for this? I dont have insurance . . . Is this unfair or what?

EXCELLENT EMERGENCY CARE THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. CARING AND ON TARGET. SPORTS SPECIALISTS TOO. XRAY TOO.

Most of the physicians on staff have excellent experience working and directing emergency rooms. Immediate Care sees minor emergency and walk-in general medicine. I have taken my family many times to the IMMEDIATE CARE CENTERS and have been treated with dignity and a caring staff. ***20 years of helping families and injured workers***
PROS: 6 NORTH IDAHO MED CARE CTRS
CONS: wish all were emergency rooms...all negative was similar dates- real ?

I've found that both times that I've went to North Idaho Immediate Care for treatment, I had to wait FOREVER! One time I waited over 10 minutes before the lady behind the counter even acknowleded I was there.

Although convenient, I found the doctors very cold and not up to date on newer treatments. I think there motto should be "Treat then as fast as possible and send them on their way.
PROS: Convenient
CONS: Poor medical treatment and seem more interested in collecting the bill.
