This association of internists offers the best in the area for people with chronic illnesses. The doctors are all very sharp & knowledgable, and they see their clients as people, NOT "the diabetic in room 1". They listen to what you have to say, and they never ever treat you like an idiot. They appreciate input from the patient rather than feeling that they are gods. They act as GPs for a lot of their patients, both to save the patient money and so that there is no problem of not knowing how another doctor is treating the patient and causing a conflict with drugs.

They also have a good grasp of the notion that people here are frequently poor and uninsured. Their prices are actually lower than some family practitioners.
