Treasure Formal Bridal-N-Tux's

I will never spend one more penny at this business ever again. Their service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. It is true that attitude reflects leadership because the retched customer care starts from the very top of this company and filters down through every employee I have ever dealt with. Not only have I experienced it myself, I have seen other customers brought to tears of frustration while I was in there waiting (and waiting, and waiting, and waiting) to be helped. They do not back up their products and services. Expect to pay full price for their incompetant mistakes. If they measure wrong or can not read their own writing correctly, you pay for the alterations. If you protest expect to have it blamed on you. Do not be fooled by their designer lines and "classy" storefront because beauty truly is only skin deep here.

I was caught completely off guard by the rudeness, condescending attitudes and demeaning tones of the people that were supposed to be helping us. I am a completely laid back person and just wanted to find a beautiful dress. I have never felt so out of place and misjudged. I had expected to spend at least $2500 for my dress and the woman I was dealing with made me fell like I wasn't even worth her time. I was on the verge of tears and left after trying on only one dress. They have an incredible space and wonderful selection but I would never spend money there. On a positive note I did come in contact with a rather heavyset woman who I was led to believe may have been the owner or manager that was very kind, helpful and completely pleasant. Sadly she was to busy to help us through the rest of the experience.

I felt a little out of place at this shop when I was recently shopping for a tuxedo. They are geared more toward a younger crowd it felt like. They had good merchandise and quality clothing but I didnt feel quite as comfortable as I would have if I had been 10 years younger. I cant put my finger on why I felt this way though. I would recommend this to anyone to give it a try. Maybe it was just me!
