Quality Kids Care-Boys & Girls

I would first like to say what a charming place that my children get to go to monday thr Friday, your new staff are all so sweet and kind and my kids just love them including the old one's, the party that you had yesterday for the kids was wonderful and the presents that they got were so nice,every year your center is doing wonderful things for my kids, please keep up the good work, also to the lady that was putting my kids daycare down, maybe you should get a life and quit picking on my kids daycare when your life must really suck sence all you can do is try to put down someone that did take great care of your kids while you weren't taking care of them, really lady maybe you should just focuse for once on your kids.

OMG Aradia B, your terrible trying to put this wonderful daycare center down when it's you, how terrible are you,maybe you need to take care of your kids and stop trying to blame everyone else for what a terrible mother you are, my kids go to that daycare now for 7 years and it's the best one i have ever been to there all so kind and careing, and that is something you really need to learn,my kids have never got lice or picked on and there staffing is amazing are you kidding me lady grow up and take care of your kids.

First i would like to say this Aradia B. just got her kids back from health and welfare from makeing meth with the kids in the house, and the lice they got was from another daycare center, that they were with there mother at the time for 6 months, also that was the other reason they took those kids from her, she never ever took care of her children there father and step mother took care very good care of them and we miss them very much and love Quality kids Care, but i'm sure as always sence the last 6 years she will mess up again, and we can take them back to our favorite place.

My kids went there for over a year due to my ex husband having them, if it was my choice they would not have been in that daycare. My girls came home with lice about 4 times. My 4 yr old son would cry about being beat up from the bigger boys. One time I showed up and stopped a fight myself between two little boys. There are kids running from the back playground to the front door (busy parking lot) without a teacher. There are too many kids and not enough caring attendents. My kids no longer go there.

Nice place are son just went there for the first time the other day and he's asking to please go back already. the first day he went he went on a field trip and in the summer they have a field trip planned everyday. great place thanks. Tom

Wow what a nice place for our grand kids to go, we really think it's so nice and clean and the staff are always so professional. and there food they feed are grandchildren is so great. we don't even eat that good. I can't even say enough about this center. if anyone looking for a safe place and friendly staff and clean and i mean clean i would stop and look for your selves.thank Mary

My baby and son have been going to the day care now for one year and what a nice place for kids. it's a safe very clean center and it has wonderful food that they offer to the kids. we can't be more pleased with there service there.

My husband a i just got back from Quality kids care inc and what a nice clean place. the staff were wonderful and the kids all seem so happy. and the rates (wow) were so excited to finally find a day care worth wild to look at in post falls, weave been in all. are son starts Monday .

My wife and i really like Quality kids care allot, we've had are kids go there now for seven years and it's a great clean daycare center, and the new playground is so nice my kids really are excited. the staff are so nice and they even watch the kids on weekend sometimes.

I just wanted to let everyone in post falls to know that i found the best clean safe daycare center for my twins. My husband and i really had a hard time finding a good daycare center that was clean and nice and friendly staff and great rates. my kids love finally going to daycare for a while we would take them to different center's and every time they would get hurt and no report to us we would find it at home(angry) and they would cry allot, but finally we heard about Quality kids care from are friend and we decided to check it out thank god we did. we love it are twins love it it's always so clean and fixed up sp cute and the staff are always so friendly and there food menu is great. they always have so many staff that there ratio is amazing.

My family and i would just like to thank you for all the years you have had are children at your center, all the staff has been then for years and you guys are so wonderful, my kids just love each and everyone of you (thanks) every year the center adopts a family for Christmas and they buy presents and food out of there own money there so kind it makes family's so happy. and last year they also gave back to us parents at Christmas time with a 10% off for two months now that's really giving. I just want the public to know that Quality KIds Care Incorperated is all about not just careing all day for our kids they help out the parents if they can. also i have seen the state come in twice a week from washington/idaho to pick up foster children for visits or they just hang out at the center.and i think that's just great because they have and open door policy you may visit at any time. my husbend and i really like that. They are top knotch, i'm telling you my whole family cuz, friends, all take there kids there and have for years. everthing you would want in a daycare center is right here in Post Falls they have plenty of staff on board at all times and the place is always clean and very safe. they have field trips all the time and learning activitys and wonderful prices and great food.and the playground is #1

My kids have been going to Quality Kids Care inc for seven years and weve never had a problem. i beleave the lady that wrote the last message either has the wrong daycare because theres two with that name but the one i go to is incorperated and on seltice way or she just stiffed on her bill and they sent her to collection so that made her angry to make up story,s that are not true. The staff at the daycare center are all so nice and my kids love them all . there food is approved by fda and there menu is wonderful.my kids have only got sick a few times but that go,s with being in daycare and school. but i do know when a child is sick they post it on the front desk.so you have the option to bring your child or not. the center is always very clean and friendly staff and they love doing field trips with the kids.

My children went to Quality Kids Care for almost 5 years and I will forever regret taking my children there. There billing is horrible, i was getting over billed every month. My kids were constantly getting sick!!! After my daughter had strep throat 3 times in 3 months Her doctor told me to look into the daycare and he asked that I bring her in right after daycare once so they could test her hands to see what germs she was picking up there. YOU would be scared if you saw the results. There adult to child ratio in crazy. There language with the children is disturbing and the amount of food that they allow the children to eat is almost child abuse. I would not recommend them to my Worst Enemy.

Are child has been going to Quality Kids Care for the last 5 years and are child has learned so much from there preschool program.
we are so excited to have a nice clean place that were on are second child and can't wait to have the wonderful staff take care of are new baby. also we really like the new baby room.(wow) very nice job. also my child loves the food.The fda food program was and excellent idea. thanks Q.K.C

Well i was looking for a daycare and preschool for my two children and finally after looking over and over my friend told me about this daycare and how great it was so i decided to see for my self. the staff is so friendly and the place is so nice and clean and my children love it there and they serve great meals for the kids i'm so happy to finally find a great place i thought i would share it with the rest of you mom's and Dad looking for a safe place. My husbend and i been looking for a daycare center that was clean and that the staff was very friendly well we went to every daycare in Post falls and Rathdrum and finally we found the one for are twins. The staff are so kind and the building that they have just for baby's is so cute and clean are twins get to crawl all over the place. everytime we pick up they have a record of each child on what they ate diaper changes and naps. we just think its great.

My kids have been there now for 4 years and they love it, I have also volenteered there a few times and at no time are kids put in high chairs for time out. and the diapers are put in bags and directley put outside in trash can.They also have accident reports if needed that they give to us. I think that working a few times there with the staff that there kind and all very sweet to the children. I also work with kids daily and i think that Quality Kids Care has a great programs going in there center as a mother and Teacher i think they are excellent .Thank you Quality Kids Care are children love you.

We really love this center what a great place.every time we pick up are kids early around 4:00 they are playing or doing some kind of game or activity.we really think the staff and of course the Director are great and truly care for are kids .I would highly recommend this daycare and preschool to anyone.

This is a great place my husband and i was so scared when we started looking around in tell we got to this one.Our daughter at that time was 3 weeks old and we were new parents they all greeted us with kindness and took such wonderful care of our child they even let me come in to breast feed. As i sat in the baby room i could here theme singing and laughing with the kids. It has been 5 years now and we are on our third child and the daycare hasn't changed there staff all seem to stay with the center so that says allot about them.They always buy special gifts for the kids and lots of fun and lots of structure i also like that they moved the baby's to there own building.This is a great place to have your children we just thank god for how caring the staff is.

This is a great place the staff are so sweet and kind my kids just love going to the daycare.Both facilities are always so nice and clean and set up so cute.I'm so impressed with the amount of learning that they have they always are bringing in they have guess speakers from the fire department along with monthly drills and guess speakers from police department and hug a tree and lots of field trips its great great great....my children have been to other day cares and i have pulled them out for different reasons they use to cry when i would leave them at other daycares, but now its i want to go see my teachers at the daycare even when there not open. Thank you Quality Kids Care for everything you do.

Quality Kids Care is a great place for infants and school age children they have separate buildings for there school age and there babys have there own building were they crawl all over the place and its always clean and the staff are so caring and wonderful that you feel so safe when you leave your children there.they have a great food program also and my children just love it.they also have a great pre school program in place with lots of structure.I beleave that any one that brings there children would love it.

Quality Kids Care inc is a wonderful childcare and pre school. they care about all there children in there facility there staff are all very caring and happy and they welcome the children that come in there doors.they play with the children and have a great reputation with the community and with all the family's that go to there at the center i have been taking my children there for 6 years now along with many other families .The funny thing about the daycare center is sometimes when i pick up my kids i have seen children not wanting to leave the daycare . and one of the things i really like is that they have a open door policy so i can go in anytime. I also like that they do lots of field trips and alote of educationaly activities.plus they have great rates.

I have taken my 3 children ( 6 and under) out of that daycare for many reasons. They do not keep good records of the children, I have picked my kids up with busted lips, bumps on heads and scratches. The daycare never has ouch reports and sometimes don't even know what happened, they say that the kids must have been playing hard. I have walked in hearing them yelling NO, STOP, and GO GET IN TIME OUT NOW! I have never been told if my kids had time out. I have walked in and stopped 2 boys older then my son hitting him and yelling names at him. My daughter came home talking about sex and the F word, when I brought this to daycare attention, they denied everything even what I saw with my own eyes. I have asked some parents who take their children there why they do, most said its because that daycare works with us on payments and for most they don't have to pay but 100.00 instead of there 500.00 the state says they have to pay per ICCP. You get what you pay for I guess, well my children no longer go there!

I never did leave my child here after my initial Meet and Greet with the director. She was not friendly or warm in any way and had very long acrylic nails that i noticed when asking the discipline policy. In which she pointed her finger in my face and yelled NO and informed me that the children are placed in High Chairs for Time Out. Why would we associate eating seats for being in trouble? Also the baby area is a gated off 10x6 floor lined with "Baby Holders" swings, chairs, etc. No room for tummy time or floor play. She also informed me that the children watch 3 hours of movies every day on a mat and are reprimanded for not staying on that mat, this is for Toddlers. My toddler would never sit still that long. Also, the staff was throwing dirty diapers into the garbage like basketballs and leaving for smoke breaks frequently. I would not take off my shoes in this facility much less leave my son there.

I had my children go to this facility for 3 days. My son who is 2 was in a highchair everytime I came to pick them up. This was at 3 different times by the way. 3 times is not a coincidense. If he was in time out, they did not tell me. I was also told that my 10 year old could come over to the next building and visit her brother at ANY time. She asked several times and never did have the opportunity to visit. They told me that they were not allowed to let children fall asleep in their highchairs and when I walked in, I saw a little boy asleep with his head bobbing around with a blanket in back of him. They also told me that my son had fallen asleep with his head in his hands in the highchair. When I picked him up, he reacted like his bottom was sore as if he had been sitting there for awhile. Although it seemed like a clean facility, I would definately not recommend this facility. I never did see the kids doing anything "worthwhile" or constructive when I was there.
