The advantage to using U of I for your graduate degrees is mainly convenience. While you could travel to Spokane or do on-line course work, U of I provides the local classes to complete a few different degrees. I was pleased with my experience there while earning a Masters in Education. I will gladly consider them for my next degree. My hope is that they will grow in this area and be able to offer more programs. It is definitely worth your time to check into what they have to offer.

PROS: Convenience
CONS: Limited offerings

I would have to say that my experience at the University of Idaho would rate up there with many of my friends who when to other top universities; it is all what you make of it. There are very qualified professors, a pretty good selection of undergrad programs and the content prepared me well for my major (education). I would have to say that I would like to see more options in the Graduate department.
