Worst car and car dealership in ever. I went into this dealership looking for my first car, and apparently they smelled my inexperience sold me a complete piece of ****. "Zach," I believe, told me my credit was "horrible" (upon futher review, my credit score was in the mid-700's during the application) and sold me a ghetto Ford Taurus with 180,000 miles on it at $3,000 above current market value. My interest rate? 36.9%. I was told all scheduled maintenance on the car had been taken care of by the dealership prior to putting it on the lot. Long story short, the engine seized (because they sold me the car with NO COOLANT) while I was going down a steep hill, causing the steering wheel to lock up. The car is totaled and I almost died due to this sleezy company. On the plus side, I went through a real dealership after this that was willing to roll the remaining debt from the old car into a 2.9% loan. I can't entirely blame them, I should've done my research, but they really knew how to screw over an 18-year-old kid looking for his first car. Just be smart, and don't purchase vehicles from high-school dropouts with cheesy chest tattoos and enough Axe spray to kill a small child.

I went in about a year ago and bought a volkswagon . I orginally went in to just look around. I was completely pressured.. they said they would work with me.. said I was approved in financing with one of there online companies they go through.(BTW later on they wouldnt even prove to me I was financed through a company) they are complete liars!. the car drove nice on the road and when I went on the freeway it started acting up.. clanking sounds.. ugh! the next day my back lights went out and it wouldnt even let me register in reverse so it was stuck at albersons for a week because they said they would come out and tow it.. um supposedly they fixed it right in the albertsons parking lot. The car went in reverse but still the lights were not registering.. I did not have the car for more than two weeks. They said they would trade it out and by that time... I had a payment due.. they did not trade it out.. they did not return my phone calls.. zach hung up on me (salesman) and would not give me my 750 back that i put down on the vehicle.. they let me drive the car without proof of a license and without insurance... basically I came to them in need of a reliable vehicle and I had money to make payments.. they screwed me royally.. and hurt my finances bad because of that 750 that went to a vehicle I never even got to register! nor drive... they buy lemons.. over price them.. say they will help and screw you! there is a reason why they have so many bad reviews and all of them tend to say the same thing.. dont waste your money just cuz your in desperate need of a vehicle.. your money will go to waste and in the long run or in my terms the short run I had with them.. you will be out of luck regardless.. stay away from autosense..!!!! save your money!!!!

These guys are bad. My son bought a car there. They said they wouldd get him financed and he had to pay a down payment. The down payment was offered in payment terms, as well as his trade in car. They also claimed they would get him financed. They repo'd the car one day afte the second part of the down payment was due. He only had it two weeks. They never got him financed like they said they would he never even had a loan on the car. They claimed after the repo he had a deficit on the difference of 3/4 of the price he paid for it... even with his paid for trade in car. The car was never financed so there was no way it sold for less than he owed since he owed nothing. They also took him to small claims. I looked up all the laws they broke and if I had the time I would have pushed until they lost there license. They are rip offs

We bought a car from them that has been broken down more than it's run in the past four months. They did replace one part on it that went out w/i a week of buying the POS, but then the transmission went out. We didn't ask for a refund or a repair. We simply wanted to exchange it for another vehicle, but they told us the finance company wouldn't allow trade-ins for six months. So, we've endured the six months w/ the car that barely runs, and now, they won't do a trade-in, because that isn't their policy. Um, okay, then why did they say it was? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this junk lot. They sell lemons and don't care about the consequences. Their selection sucks, and the few cars they have that are in good shape are so overpriced that few (who would be shopping at a buy here-pay here place) can get qualified for them.

I went to this dealership saying I needed a good reliable used car. I was led to believe I would be buying one car but once the numbers were run they were way out of my budget. I was then shown what was said to be "a great little car with no problems" that turns out to be mechanically unsafe to drive. If you are a single woman DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They will rip you off, promise to "make it right" and then give you the runaround when you try to get anything accomplished. I have been in every day for the past week, starting the day after I took the car home. I did not ask for my money back, I asked to exchange the lemon for a car I can actually drive. So far I've been reminded several times that although they value their customer the car was sold "as-is" and they aren't required to do anything. They are sorry the brakes are bad (I almost hit a truck when I couldn't stop), the power steering is shot, the clutch switch is bad so the car doesn't start more often than it does, that the suspension is shot, that the catalytic converter is bad but they don't feel that they should have to foot the costs of repairing it. So, as they said to me, I'm stuck with "an expensive paperweight" (their exact words) that I can't afford to fix because it will be more than the car is worth to fix.

Went into auto sense to check it out. Visited a few other dealers in the area that day, wont name names. Wasn?t impressed with the way I was treated until I met the Guys from Auto Sense. There was no sales pressure; they even kept my kids occupied while I was out test-driving. The owners seem like real family men and understand the pains we customers go through when making a major acquisition. I will send everybody I know to this little dealership going forward. I suggest the same to you.

I have vowed to never buy a car from a salesman who addresses me as "Big Guy". Call me crazy but that doesn't win me over. Not only the slam, they have a lame selection of cars. They are all junky and the place seems shady. I would rather buy from a more reputable company.
