Factory Brand Shoes

I have never been to the Famous Footwear in Post Falls, but I work at one in Utah. It is not the stores fault that your shoes fell apart, it is the company who made a poor shoe. But the store should have given you a full refund on your shoes. We have had people come into our store with shoes that have ripped along the seems and have given a full refund or let them choose a new pair. We then would exchange their shoes and either given the correct amount of money back, or asked for the bit of money need. We always try our best to please our customers, and I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your service.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes here and was not pleased at all. Less than a week later, the sole of the shoe came completely off! I took them back and they did let me choose another pair of shoes but since the ones I had bought were now on sale, I didn't get full price back in return.
