I took my car in after an accident. The work they needed to do was covered by my insurance company, and I rented a car for the 3 days they said they would need to keep my car. On the 3rd day, I called to find out what time my car would be ready, and they said they hadn't even begun working on it because they still needed authorization from my insurance company. I was very unhappy that they didn't bother calling me to let me know they were having an issue with the insurance company. When I called my insurance company to find out what the hold up was, after they initially told me everything was good to go, they informed me that they had given Sterling the necessary authorization prior to me bringing my car in. They then let me know that this was not the first time one of their customers had problems with Sterling. So after waiting a few more days for Sterling to complete the work, I went to pick it up when they said it would be ready. I still had to wait half an hour for my car, as they were "finishing something up". When I went to drive my car home, I found the volume on my stereo was turned up almost to the maximum level. Then I realized I was missing two of my CDs. Overall, I had a bad experience and would not use them again.
