The good things about Tony's are the weekly sale prices and the very large produce section. But the rest of the store is poorly organized and makes for unpleasant shopping. The aisles are narrow and if a shopper stops to look at something, it completely stops the flow of traffic. And some aisles also have a freestanding display (or a working stock clerk) the further blocks traffic. Worse, there are two points where all traffic passes (the front deli counter and the prepared meats next to the produce) that are ALWAYS blocked with shoppers and/or abandoned carts. It's annoying to have to ask everyone to move. Tony's uses very large shopping carts (which are in very good condition, I must say) but that only makes matters worse. If they were to remove one whole aisle and spread the others out, they could handle more shoppers with less frustration. Why wouldn't you want your shoppers to be happy, Tony? Don't you think that happy shoppers will stay longer and buy more?

I think this store is giving much to the area. It is clean and well organized, Very friendly workers, willing to help you find what you need. A large variety and good prices. Even though I miss the Shop N Save, this is a welcome addition to our area. I am able to fins every thing I need. Keep up the great work Tony's .
Thanks

I used to like going to Shop-N-Save for all my grocery needs, but since they sold the store to Tony's Finer Foods, I hate going to that store. Everyone I have spoken to have said that the layout of the store was poorly thought about, when walking in, you have to walk half way around the store just to get something small that you needed, there are no shortcuts and is always too cold inside, it's just like shopping in a freezer. They have nothing but spanish speaking stock boys that don't understand what your you are talking about when asked to locate a certain product. The isle's were thought about poorly also, every time you go in, there are people blocking the isle's with their shopping carts, which is really aggravating when your in a hurry. This store does not have a very welcoming environment like Shop-N-Save did. The parking lot isn't any better than going inside the store, it's just like a zoo. I wish Shop-N-Save never sold out. In today's times, everything that is good dissapears and all the bad stuff stays. It's a real shame. Just like they are making everything smaller and charging more for it.
