They kinda just get you in and get you out. They weren't spectacularly great to see you, but weren't rude either. They do take their time, though. But, in the end they just did what their job was and didn't go out of their way to make sure you were happy. It's not a difficult thing to do, so I dunno. It's a bit dingy, but aren't all currency exchanges? They are always quick to help me and get customers in and out as fast as possible.
