i just got my windows installed and it came out very good. i live in a condo and had those horrible old metal windows and had allot of condensation. now i have all new windows and all new frames. looks very sharp.

a universal salesman came to my home to give a free estimate on windows and what was supposed to be a 1 hour appointment turned into him being at my home for 2 1/2 HOURS giving his presentation... I was absolutely livid and had to literally THROW him out of my home.. it was like he wasn't going to leave without the sale..their sales tactic is to wear you down to the point where you'll sign anything just to get them to leave... so beware if you call for an estimate

The installers that installed my windows was punctuational, polite and professional. THEY WERE GREAT!

me and my wife had a couple of other companies out to give us a price on a custom patio door. universal was the last company to come out and good thing we did not buy from the pushy sales rep from feldco because universal was almost half the price. when we heard the price of the door we decided to have the guy give us a price for our windows (they weren't half the price like the door but where still much cheaper than feldco.) we did half the windows and the door and looking to finance the second half of the windows very soon. very nice installers...

Pros: freindly installers and cant beat the price

got windows during universal windows march madness sale. we realy liked the energy glass that they had to offer. the installers took their time and even pointed out the extra wood that they where replacing. looking to do my door next year. thanks universal

all i can say is that i am very impressed. i ordered my windows and a patio door with a nice salesman that explained allot about windows that i did not know. when i ordered them they told me the usual wait time for custom made windows would be 3-5 weeks. they called me 8 days after i ordered and said that they could do the install the next day. i told them this must be some kind of mistake i just ordered the windows 8 days ago and the final measurement was 5 days ago and the salesman told me 3-5 weeks so how can they be ready. They told me that they where and we set the install for the next day and now I have brand new windows and getting $100 for referring my brother all within 10 days

Professional company, no troubles, great installation. Staff is courtious and polite. Received $100 for recomending my cousin.

called and made appointment for replacement of a window, lady who answered the phone was cordial, nobody ever showed up for the appointment called back and some moron who says he's a manager, (hard to believe someone would promote this guy) told me they will only do service for owners, they do not want business from large companies with staff ie: purchasing managers. Waste of time go elsewhere
