Being a dog groomer myself, with 20 yrs. of experience , I hold very high standards to all people that call themselves groomers. Good, caring and honest groomers are impossible to find. I have known and worked with Kendra for many years and respect her quality of work as much as her compassion for every pampered pet that walks through her doors.You can have peace of mind leaving your pet knowing that Kendra will always do her best to insure the best experience possible, along with the best grooming . You will be hard pressed to get a better hair cut any where else. Sorry other groomers! As far as the prices, you can't beat them! Other shops WILL charge you much more for much less. Most shop owners use low quality products and will rush through the hair cut! If you care about your pet, then you care about who grooms them.Dogs Day Out's owner and groomer, Kendra, is the best. She handles the dogs with respect, and cares about their needs and well being. She is tender with the dogs and extremely careful with them. I do not hesitate to ever leave my dogs with her for their grooming. The Blueberry Facials she gives them make my dogs smell so good, almost good enough to eat!!

My name is Sue and I have been taking my Yorkie to get groomed at DOGS DAY OUT for FIVE years. Kendra does such an amazing job on Gus. I just love his hair cuts to death, It is done with such precision.I have never seen any thing like it. She moved her shop from schaumburg to algonquin and all I can say is that I will follow here where ever she goes. She is the only person I would want to groom my baby.

I have to say that Kendra is most talented and the BEST groomer I have ever seen. Even better than I am! Her cuts are precise, beautiful, up to date, and affordable. She does NOT gouge her customers! She is very consious of her customers time, therefore she does not keep her furry customers all day, she works with her customers to make a day at the spa for your pet a wonderful experience! It was so nice to meet you and your mom at the shop today- what a nice surprise for the girls and Roxie to see a dog grooming shop right by the Dairy Queen after walking to get the girls and the dog some exercise and Roxie needing a groom. The shop being new and Roxie taking to it like she had been there forever!! The girls and I enjoyed the ice-cream and Roxie a bath and cut.So happy that we all had a good time.We wish you success in our little town of Algonquin and I hope to become one of your steady customers.

I was so glad I made the trip from Schaumburg, It was closer than I thought. Lou loved his bath and your new shop looks awesome, it felt like home. I am telling everyone to come on out, there is a lot to do in Algonquin and some great places to eat as well. Your skill and TLC with my lab is reason enough for me.

And its worth the extra 20 minutes! Kendra knows her stuff and I wouldn't trust my dogs with any one else. I was concerned at first about the distance but it works out great, they have this restaurant with great food next door.

when I stoped in a nice lady told me that she was grooming for 21 years. she answered all my questions and me and my dog phillp loved the shop. She sat down with the dog and played with phillip.
(Siberian Husky). She gave Phillip a really great grooming and cleaning. Mary would be proud,the old owner of A bark above the rest.
