Great pilates studio

by G. V. | insider Insider | Rank: 16,094

Cindy Reid and her staff offer a range of options: pilates mat, pilates machine, group classes, private lessons, duo or triple sessions, piloga (a unique and wonderful balance of pilates and yoga) and much more in the beautiful studio on Clark Street. All levels welcome and encouraged, no attitudes or judgement. A great place to work out.

A great Pilate studio!!

by SW1

My friends and I have tried many Pilates places in the city, and finally we found Flow!
What i like most about Flow is that instructors actually demostrate the whole time and check my posture and correct it if needed. Since I am new to Pilate, that really helps me a lot. So far I've had three instructors for matt class. They are all friendly and tentative. We also use other pilate tools in matt class, such as pilates rings or
resist-a-bands. The classes are always useful, interesting and relaxing to me.
I highly recommand the place to anyone.

Pros: small classes, nice instructors

Friendly studio with awesome instructors!

by Love4Yoga

This is the studio for you if are looking for small class sizes (6-10 people) catering to those who thrive on personal attention and detailed instruction. I can't believe I found a studio like this in Lincoln Park so close to my house! After trying larger studios and gyms that hold classes with a large amount students, I will never go back! I learn so much more from teachers who take the time to understand my body and are thoughtful and skilled enough to develop a class specific to my needs -- even if it is how I am feeling that day. I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a student. I look forward to class - it is the highlight of my week!

Pros: Small class sizes, specific instruction

Cons: More yoga!
