Matthews Towing

My car died and I had a ride home. Matthews towing said I didn't have to wait around, that he'd pick it up and take it to anywhere I wanted. He brought it back to my condo when he offered to take a look at my jeep for free! He jumped my car at no additional charge, gave recommendation on where to get a new battery (cheapest, best..etc..). Hard working, fair, knowledgeable and great service. I have the number stored in my phone now and won't use anyone else!!! Keep up the good work guys!!

My competitors go to extreme lengths to try and tarnish my companies reputation. Don't believe this trouble maker. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients as best we can!

I was given this company name and number from my cell phone carrier. They told me they would be able to help me and they hung up the phone. Once someone picked up the line here I iwas greeted by a very nice professional message about 3 times then I actually spoke with a dispatcher. He asked me a few questions and was real nice on the phone. He went threw the steps of asking my information and told a price which I thought was little on the high side I informed him I only had a Amx and he then informed me they only accept cash credit or debits but not Amx. At this point I was forced to look for another company. Might want to make sure you accept all major cards next time.

Cut and Dry this storm we had last night was unreal, long story short, a tree fell on my car last night, the police came and told me I had to have it towed or they were going to impound it, because now it was considered a hazardous vehicle, So like whats a girl to do at 10 p.m. With all this unexpected Drama? I called this company they arrived with in 15 minutes Safely recovered my vehicle and saved me even more grief. Trust me this is the towing co you want to call if you live on the lake front.

My son, 18 yrs, was in Chicago for 2 days and had checked out of his hotel room, drove to Dupaul Univ. to say good bye to his girlfriend and went to get in his car and it wouldn't start. After calling 4 different tow companies and hearing that no one could help me, I found Matthew. He went straight to my son, got his car started, followed him to the gas station while he filled up and then followed him to the hwy just to be safe and his car broke down again. So my son is totally stranded 5 hours from home with no credit card, nowhere to stay or anything. Matthew dropped our car off at the mechanics, with my son in tow, then proceeded to drive to 5 different hotels and offering to use his own id to check him in since my son is not 21 and told me that if they wouldn't take my credit card over the phone that he would pay for the room and I could reimburse him. There were no vacancies so he then went to Dupaul university to speak to a supervisor or security to see if my son could sleep in there since the mechanics was right across the street. Now mind you, this is all at 2:30 in the morning. Not only did he keep my son safe while he was with him, he didn't leave his side until he knew he was in a safe place. I am forever indebted to this man who took care of my son way above and beyond his duty. I wish there were more people in this world like Matthew. I wish him nothing but the best because he deserves it.

I needed my car towed last week around rush hour, all the company's I googled told me I would have to wait at least 3 hours, thats better than waiting for triple a I guess , but then i stumbled upon this owner operator co. MATTHEWS TOWING they picked me up with in 30 minutes and charged me less than the other quotes I got from the co's that wanted me to wait 3 hours, makes no sense but I highly recomend MATTHEWS TOWING CO. , they are top shelf! Thank-you Willie.

Matthew is a nice guy. He came over one night when our car died in our garage and towed it to a friends house to get worked on. He gave us 10 percent off based on a coupon on his web site, and overall we were very happy with the service. However, we gave specific instructions on where to leave the car where there would be an open spot, and he instead put in down the street and my friend had to push it back to his garage. kind of frustrating, but overall a good experience.
