I have called 5 times to inquire about renting a carpet cleaner. I have been transferred to the department but made to wait on the line (during one of the calls, I waited 15 minutes) nobody picked up the phone or the operator would occasionally get back to me but patch me back to the department where nobody answers. I was told to call me on 3 occasions. I requested to get someone to go to that department so someone can answer my question but was told to call again another time. I will rate customer service as -10!(altho i will need to put one star for the rating to go through.

this is a new store, but the location is very convenient. It is not crowded as yet, I have always found the shelves neat, and the general condition of the store overall is clean and tidy. I love the garden section, they have a nice selection of plants and items.
