Otto is always fair to his customers, even if it means telling a customer that his bike isn't worth repairing.

Otto always tells it like it is, maybe that is what this other guy didn't like. He is awesome to loyal customers and really knows his stuff. He's gone the extra mile for me and also others I have known, been doing this forever and could

Biggest dickhead you'll ever meet. Extremely centered asswipe. He's like the soup nazi of bicycles.

While my repair experiences with Otto's (he does a very good job), have been good, his "bedside manner" leaves much to be desired. As I understand it, he seems to feel that it is much easier to deal with internet sales (no doubt true). Apparently (from anecdotal stories), he has been somewhat disrespectful of customers for a long time. Well, it seems that the area's shops are in short supply of both good customer service and good repairs at the same time.
