I use to own a motorcyle. It was a descent bike I got from a friend that needed new forks and a rebuilt carb.

I brought my bike to them to get repaired. I paid a $200 deposit.
After a few months they still didn't work on it.
Then part of the shop burnt down.
I called and they said the bike was fine.
A few more months went by.
This time they had another fire that burnt down the show room. I guess maybe he wanted a new showroom and some new bikes on display.
I came in a few month later and after the shop was operational and looking good. I made a comment that made him mad. Tough!
He showed me the bike with 5 or 6 other bikes sitting on a shelve collecting dust. Poor customers!
He said he would get on it. (Yeah right, maybe after he enjoys taking some more money from people)
I talked to the Better Business B. after the first 6 months, and Wizard called the next day to say - FYI we are still working on your bike. After a 1 1/2 year I contact the Better Business B. again and they said I can't file a claim if it's been over 1 year.
Being that I got the bike for free, I didn't bother to get my motorcycle.

Pros: Your mother does not want you to have a motorcycle any way.

Cons: You loose your money and your bike.

These guys are the filth of the planet. I group them with Infant molesters and Bin Laden Types. Any good reviews are from employees, most of which are on work release programs. The place is a toilet, the service is better at a housing project crank stop and the people are subhuman garbage. I have witnessed a better quality of people on death row documentaries.

Please, for the love of god, don't subject yourselves to these people, you're better off pawning off your wife for conjugal visits are the prison in Joliet.

All of the above is commentary, however here is a fact. While almost getting ripped off, on my second visit, I brought in my seven year old daughter. She was running around a bit but causing no harm. I turned around to check on her and one of the guys from the back was watching her and was hard.

I have purchased a couple of bikes form this shop, and I have met every person that works there. For everyone that read the first post, I know that Wizard hasnt stocked a FZ-1 since the bike came out lol. The counter is messy sometimes, but they seem to know whare everything is. I also know that John works in service and isnt a salesman. I am also unsure of how this person observed the service dept. because they keep the back off limits. I know that these guys are a great team and they are very resonable about prices and service. I also am unsure of how this person can put down a family owned shop and complain about waiting to have a machine uncrated. They uncrated my zx-6 in about 20 min. and I was out of there but the time i was done filling out my paperwork. I would reccomend this shop, I drive out there from dyer IN. and i know that i enjoy talking to tom and his service crew because they are pretty good and know their stuff. Also, one time I was in richton park and my bike broke down; Cody and John came and did an on-the-spot diagnostic and fixed my bike right there, free of charge. For anyone who is reading this, stop in and talk to Tom, Cody, Justin or John, they are some of the best in our area and I will stand by them

I wouldn?t send my worst enemy into this place. First of all, it's a dump. The front counter is a complete disaster and the floor is a mess. (At least it was when I was there.) Went in to buy a Yamaha FZ-1. CASH. I won?t even go into what took place in trying to bargain for a fair price. I?ll just say this: Jon SEVERELY misrepresented what the final dollar amount would be. Took advantage of what was supposed to have been a handshake deal.

Then, told me it would take ALL DAY to uncrate it and prep it because of a broken forklift. When I returned that night, they were nowhere near done. Waited another 2 hours while they got it ready. Their shop was another completely disorganized disaster. Every person working there seemed to have a gigantic chip on his shoulder.

Here?s the fun part:

Paid title, registration, doc fees, etc. 18 months later I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM!!!
I?ve called them several times. No one can find my paperwork. No one knows when or if they ever sent my stuff in to the DMV. No one can figure out what the holdup is or how to rectify the situation. No one has done what they said they would do. NO ONE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO RETURN MY F#$%ING PHONE CALLS. I can only assume no one at Wizard of Heels gives a damn.

Therefore, I?ve turned the matter over to the Illinois Secretary of State Police.

Maybe Wizard of Wankers will return THEIR phonecalls.

Cons: See review.

I bought my ATV for a great price about a year ago and I love it. I brought it back to them for my first service and they were wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle. I just recently put a new pipe on my ATV and they were more than resonable about the price and the service. You ahould give them a call today!
