Run far far away from this unethical, rude dealership and the used car manager Tom! This dealer either does not inspect their used cars at all, or their service department is unable to do the inspection correctly. Even worse, they have absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in years!

My family bought a used 2008 Buick Rendezvous two months ago from them, and have had nothing but problems. We bought the car after an decent experience with the salesman, and just before we drove off the lot I noticed they did not give us an extra key. They said that they would get one for us, and call me later that week. Well, after two weeks with no calls we called them and they said we were out of luck. They were all of a sudden not OK with making us a second key like they promised. There were no apologies and we were rudely told that they could not get the prior owner to hand in their second set. And they refused to make us a new key, which was the first sign that we were not dealing with professionals that will say anything to make a sale. Knowing how cheap a key is for a dealer to make and how they refused, I started to get really worried about the car in the my driveway.

Two weeks after buying the car, we took it in as we noticed that the shifting was not right. The car ended up having 6 major issues with it (Transmission repair, Power Steering leak, Two tie rods & an alignment, & the rear door latch was broken). We were gutted and got a second opinion, which came back with the same repairs. Both repair shops we brought the car to were disgusted that the dealer sold us a car in this condition. They confirmed that if they had completed an inspection they would have noticed these problems.

We were able to get some repairs done under warranty, but we contacted the dealer letting them know about the repairs that were not covered. The sales manager Toms reply was, Sowhat do you want me to do about it? I was floored when I witnessed first-hand how rude Tom was when a customer calls and wants to calmly discuss a problem. There was no empathy and certainly no apology from Tom. If Tom had any pride in his dealership, he would want to confront an issue head on and at the very least apologize. But he doesnt, so you will get attitude and rude comments.

Bottom line. If you want to buy a car that needs multiple repairs, go to this dealer. If you want the manager to be rude and condescending, go to this dealer. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING AND BUY A CAR THAT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN INSPECTED, RUN FAR FAR AWAYS FROM THIS SHADY RUDE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! Let my mistake be a lesson for others, do NOT even walk on to this dealers lot.

To start off, the finance manager told us that we can receive a 2.9% APR only if we purchased the Maximum Care Warranty, for an additional $2300. Otherwise, the rate would be 4.9%. We had no choice but to go with the 2.9% rate.

When the paperwork was finally done, the Jeep pulled up and we were ready to leave. The salesperson came out and told us that there was only one key (as he said before that all certified vehicles come with two keys). He promised to either call the old owner to get the other key or to provide me with another key from the service department the same week. The salesperson's name was John and the other guy was Brad.

After a month now, I have been struggling to get the additional key from the salesperson. He finally got the "used car manager" on the phone and he said that the trade in vehicle (we gave) had an issue and he would not provide the additional key. WOW. A month later he has an issue with the trade in? The salesperson got back on the phone and told me "tough luck, you hear the man" and said that he cannot honor the promise of the new key. In addition, they still have not provided me the CarFax report and the CPO 150 point inspection. We will see if they are hiding anything.

I'm contacting the BBB and the Chrysler CPO and reporting these crooks. They would rather lose their reputation than to provide a key as promised.

Dealership does not do what they say they are going to do. Owner should not be dealing with people all!! His arrogant attitude did not help in any way. I was quoted a price and payment....of course that did not say the same. Finance manger was rude and when the time came to leave and thank us for getting screwed our salesman crawled in a hole and sent someone else out to give use the car. Negative word of mouth is everything and I will not ever go back or send anyone there.

We took a our vehicle under warranty to be repaired to this location. The customer service was horrible by the service department, specifically a guy named George. He would not give us a day to when to expect our car to be fixed, he never returned our calls and on top of that he was very cocky and rude. Now this is not the worst part of our experience. We called to talk to the manager but instead we got the owner on the phone. This man was extremely rude and told us, we were "threading on thin ice" for complaining about the horrible service we received from George. The owner would not let me explain and kept cutting me off! So, we decided to come in to talk to him and literally he kick us out! Saying that he did not want customer like us and he was willing to take the risk of losing a customer! I never been treated like this in my life. We only wanted our vehicle to be fixed and this guy treated me like "worthless" customer! Please, don't go here this place is very rude and very unprofessional! I will certainly write to the Better Business Bureau. I can't explain or have words to describe how humiliated I am

I have been buying cars from this dealership since I was 16 years old. Crystal Lake Chrysler has always treated me so well! I refer all my friends and family to them!! I have bought about 10 cars from them now. I can't say ENOUGH nice things about the sales team and the service department!

This is not somewhere I would ever do business. They say they treat customers like family well that is one family I would NEVER want to be in. I have never talked to anyone more RUDE And just plain mean in all my life before I spoke with the owner Gary. He has no skills in dealing with customers what so ever. The service department fixed some things for me told me the price I agreed to it the next day they called me after I paid my bill in full and left lot with my car that half of it was not covered under the warranty and I owed them more money... and I tried talking to him about it he yelled at me for the past 10 minutes and I could barely get in a word and also my co worker that could hear him yelling.. So needless to say he said I am not allowed on their property and they will not honor my Chyrstler / dodge warranty... really WOW. After the way he just yelled at me and talked down to me I would never trust them with my car either way.. sad!! Just to clarify.... This is work that I would not have gotten done or needed to be done anytime soon had they not said it was covered under warranty!!!! I agreed to a certain amount then they came back after my bill was paid in full saying I owed double the amount. Had he tried to work with me instead of getting an attitude or yelling, even just to pay the cost of the parts instead of the entire amount which I feel was not fair since I agreed to half of the price thinking it was covered. I would have tried to come to some agreement or small monthly payment for partal bill maybe the parts or something, but now after the way I was treated I would simply rather not do business with people who treat customers the way I was just treated.

they said they were asking 17K to later find out it was really 14.8K on the net. but they wanted to sell for 13.5K trying to make me belive I was getting them to come down a total of 3.5K (which would be a deal if true)and wanted to pay me 5K for trade and I had already been told car was worth at worst by other dealers 7K. for a total of 4K dollars of decite!

I bought a new vehicle from this place about a year ago. I was very unhappy that the salesman would not give us any kind of break, even a small one. However, their service department entirely makes up for that. They are on time and bend over backwards to take care of you.
