The waitstaff generally makes sure that you are satisfied and it's not usually super crowded so you can still hold a decent conversation. Their chefs come up twith creative ways to make steak- try their specials! I enjoyed the last time I was there a twice-baked potato encrusted strip steak. Fantastic! And their chocolate lava cake is delicious! Service is above average, they train well. Managers are good at what they do, and make one f of the most successful restaurants in the city.
