Staff usually gets the job done here. Could do with far less small talk and jabbering with customers. Good selection. Organized as far as the que for a sales assistant. It was the dreaded Puerto Rican Fest in Chicago when I was in. Dreaded because it is the ONLY ethnic fest where people ..usually born here..ride around all over honking their horns in disrespect with PR flags on their cars. Okay, glad you have pride...\n Sales assistant"" Alex"" started in asking me if I was going to it the Puerto Rican Fest.. What? Then proceeded to do a full on commercial for this fest, location, etc. He is Latino and I am a pale American (Irish) and I don't 'do fests"" I just want my issue addressed and store. is not the forum for a speech on your heritage..\nI pressed on ignoring it all and pushed for my questions to be answered. This is strange but he switched to a VERY Puerto Rican accent out of the blue and continued with it throughout my visit?? I felt like I was in that Saturday Night Live skit with Will Ferrel and Jim Carrey..""HUH???""\n He also told me I should have been 'pro-active"" and called about the issue sooner.' HUH?"" Pro-active..hmm..Lets see I am a successful business owner , 55 years old, an internationally published author with a book out selling at a good clip. ""Okay Alex, I'll write that word down, P-R-0-A-C-T-I-V-E..I also am not a person who jumps down the throat of a company the minute I have an issue. I USUALLY am a self starter and will fix it myself if possible. I can take my BB apart in 5 minutes and put it all back together. I guess I am a self starter instead of ..that word he used..I have experienced good service at this location. Between my biz partner and I we have owned 6 BB's in the last 3 years, do upgrades regularly, are Sprint PREMIUM CUSTOMERS and my partner a Sprint shareholder.\n My suggestion is ask for a different sales associate if need be. Don't be a NON PRO-ACTIVE and beaten down customer.\n

Awful. Awful customer service, complete lack of respect and concern even for a loyal customer like myself. I have been with sprint for 6 years, using my sprint phones to run my business. I spend an average of $10,000-$12,000 each year through sprint for several phones, each with unlimited plans. Recently one of my Blackberry's began giving me trouble for the 4th or 5th time this year. This is my primary line, and it's been emitting a loud, high pitched frequency noise out of the ear piece. I dropped this phone off last Wednesday, and asked sprint to call me on my backup line once it was done. A week passed before I called to check up on it. They couldn't find it. I stopped in to the clybourn location and waited in line for 15 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. They located my phone 10 minutes later, but had no record of work being performed. I made a call and instantly noticed the same ear piercing high pitched static as before. I did the *2 call to corporate to get some answers, and sat on the line for 35 minutes on hold, listening to all the bu!! $h!t sprint commercials that just keep repeating before i just gave up. I called the Clybourn store to tell them how unhappy I am and to try to get this situation rectified. John Perez, who answered (again after waiting 15 minutes on hold and trying to navigate the maze of automated customer service recordings) only to tell me that I'm eligible for an upgrade and to just come in and buy a new device.\n\nI have Insurance, and am eligible for an upgrade, but if I want a new working phone, I have to pay full price, sign a new 2 year agreement, and wait for a mail in rebate.\n\nThis is unacceptable, any other business would not be in business with policies and customer service like this. I'm sure that there are better service providers out there, and I urge potential and existing customers to find an alternative to Sprint.\n\nMy business is the highest rated in it's industry in Chicago. If / when i have more time I'd love to start a phone service provider that does everything exactly the opposite way Sprint does. \n\nDon't get ripped off, and don't let sprint lock you into a contract that you'll eventually regret. \n\nDown with Sprint!!!!!!!!

I am very mad at this store. I have a service contract for my centro phone which I have had for about 10 months. The center button started having problems so I brought the phone in to be fixed. They did so by replacing the keyboard. Everything seemed to be fine but then I noticed on the NEXT DAY that a different button didn't work. Obviously they did this because this button worked fine prior to me taking the phone in. So I dropped it off to be fixed again. This time the manager (whose name is Felix) told me that the phone had water damage and that I had probably gotten it wet in the LAST TWO DAYS. That is completely crazy. They obviously broke the phone and now they won't fix it. Horrible Service! I can't believe they would treat paying customers like that. Anyways, avoid this store at all costs.
