Kelly & Flynn Florist

I am actually the granddaughter of Mr John Flynn- one of the origional owners of this buisness.

John Flynn and his partner Jack Kelly opened this buisness shorty after WWII for a combined $1000-which was A LOT of money at the time and a HUGE sacrifice for my grandparents. The origional shop was in Old St. Rita Parish in Chicago, Illinois near Mozart St.

I grew up hearing stories from my father about working at Kelly-Flynn and the days spent delivering flowers to churches and funeral homes.

My grandfather and Mr Kelly have been gone for a while now-but I know that they are smiling at the way the buisness is being run today.

Whenever you shop at Kelly-Flynn remember that those lilys and roses represent Flynn family trials, triumphs and traiditions.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I called in an order over the phone to go to Palos Hospital. Even the doctors commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I will definetly use them from now on.

AAA+++ service and the flowers were delivered in under an hour. These people don't scrimp...the FINEST arrangement I have seen in years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We recieved a boquet from this shop and the flowers lasted for 3 weeks! I was very impressed with the design, the care and quality of flower. The selection was definately well thought out and the designer took much care in placing just the right colors together. Delivery was very nice as well. He even gave me tips as to how to allow the flowers an extended life! I highly recommend this florist!
