Toys R Us

I do enjoy visiting this store due to they have a good variety of different toys unlike other stores. But I think when they have a clearence sale...things should be at a clearance price, they would get rid of more if they did. Other than that & they need to organize more often, this store is clean, good cust. service. I did have one lady help me find 2 toys both on seperate sides of the store with no problem.

I have always shopped at this store for birthdays and holiday gifts. They often have great sales and special offers they save a whole lot of money. I'm not too happy with how they rearranged the store, but I can still find what I'm looking for. I have experienced both excellent and terrible customer service here. But I guess one cancels out the other.
