Totally disatisfied with the facility, the owners Jessica and jason and promptness. I cant seem but to get frustrated with the quality of service that I have been provided

I can't tell how much I adore this place, my children have attended Rainforst since day 1! They focus on arts and crafts and creative play, spend a lot of time outside and my kids never want to leave when I go to pick them up. Rainforest is a jewel !!!!

This is just the best place in the area. I have known the owners for 3 years now and never had a poblem with them or their staff. Gentle, sweet, down to earth people, who operate hands down best daycare I have ever seen. Their focus is on art and craft and nurturing creativity, what else could you ask for?

Pros: teachers, art, green values

The "teachers" show great enthusiasm and care with the children. They give good feedback if you ask. Great mix of kids. Now here's the thing...

The owners Jason and Jessica are lazy. Blunt? Yes. True? Yes. They will most of the time be sitting in their office full of their ebay winning bids... their duck, but the real issue is how they treat their staff and how they really dont look out for the kids. They pay their staff low, give the parents that "teach" free childcare but no room for growth, no benefits and make them clean the bathrooms, take out the garbage, clean everything. Oh yes, while the children are there! ??? Excuse me??? I am paying 240-260 weekly for this?????
As some "teachers" have told me, the water is disgusting they need to filter it, they have the food catered in because the kitchen is unsatisfactory... filthy I have been told. Also, at art fairs they hold your children's artwork until they get the requested $100 check as a "donation". We took it ourselves! During the 2 weeks leading upto the art fair, they had the kids do nothing but produce artwork for several hours a day. I kid you not. Our child was covered with paint, sounds normal right? Thing is we never saw this artwork. It was all to generate money for this place that cannot seem to provide CLEAN drinking water... oh yes, one more thing..... DO GO INTO THE KIDS BATHROOMS... take a big whiff. Like it? I thought not. It is rank with dirty urine filled and feces diapers all day long. Do you think Jason and Jessica could at least check on the garbage while the teachers are taking care of the kids? Nope. One day I saw them sitting and decided to walk right into the bathroom, diapers squished into the 1 garbage can and flies around it...

Please, don't mistake convenience for quality of care.

Tell everyone you know NOT to send your child there, Kindercare is down the street and there is another place nearby. With their HIGH turnover rate our child went through 5 "teachers" in 1 year. Not cool.
