Questionable cleanliness aside, the rudeness of the management who have vendors block the SHARED city alley behind, for hours it seems since I am running into this clog repeatedly--is assured. You takes your chances inside I'd guess.

I got a nightmare experience with this place today, When we first came in, the first feeling of this market is extremely dirty and dark, the same as most of the Chinese style market. Smelling bad, mixed with the smell of mold and smoke and nasty food, even could not breath. When we finally got through the crowd and tried to check out, the rude cantonese cashier switched my credit card but said the machine was broken and brought us to the nearby counter. She shouted at me: " Bring all you stuffs back here, I need to screen them again. " She pointed to me and gave feeling that all was my fault in front of all other customers. It really raise my temper and I decided to cancel this transaction because i did not sign anything. But when I got back and I suddenly found on my bank statement that they just steal the money from my card. What a freak. I called the bank straight away to stop this payment and raise dispute. I will never go to this Chinese market anymore, they are a group of thieves and lier. And I suppose most of the workers are just arrived from the border and they need some clean up. Maybe someday I will call 911 to verify their status.

They have huge parking lot, so you dont have to look for difficult parking spot in the crowded Chinatown especially in the weekend. I like buying fres fish here, they cut and clean the fish in front of you and give you some ginger plus green onion to stean it with. My favorite from this store is their fis ball, so fresh and you can buy it any amount you need, because they are not plactic ready packed like other meat or fish ball in other grocery store. It does get crowded on weekend afternoon.

I have been to Chinatown market a few times. Their prices are about the same as the ones inside main chinatown. The advantages of going here is their private parking lot which is free. also they have cute little push carts to use inside the store, which the kids like. If you want to get your grocery shopping done in a timely manner without having to look for parking i recommend this store.

Ive shopped at the Chinatown Market a few times before. Its a fairly small asian foods store carrying mostly Chinese foods and a small selection of Japanese food items. They have a small produce section with limited selections and a small fresh seafood section. Their prices are reasonable but the place does get crowded.
