I will never go anywhere else for a Dress!! Great selection, Great Service, Great experience. Me and My daughter went there over the weekend and I was extremely happy with how everything works in that store. The girl she worked with was a ton of help, seeing that I know nothing about Dresses. They made my daughter look like a Princess and that's how it should be. I will highly recommend this to any Parent out there who has a daughter that is looking for the best dresses out there!

Ratings_icons Peaches Boutique is Great!

Most people that I know have gotten their prom dresses from this store, but I needed a dress for my 30th birthday party. I wanted to be really elegant, but I thought maybe I was too old for Peaches. Luckily I still went in because I was wrong. I found a gorgeous dress that looked great..only problem was that I need alterations and my birthday was that Friday! I figured that I was going to have to find a different dress that fit me better, but the manager told me that it would not be a problem and that they would rush the alterations for me so that I could have my dress on Thursday. I thought that was cutting it a little close just in case there were problems, but they had been so helpful I decided to risk it(I really liked this dress). When I picked it up on Thursday the dress fit perfect and I got so many compliments on my dress for my party! I would send anyone here, its not just for high schoolers like I always thought!

Ratings_icons Peaches Boutique is awful !!

I drove so far to get my dress, only to find out that it was not what i expected at all. The customer service was horrible. I felt like i was not wanted and that they were not looking to help me find my dress, but only to have me buy the most expensive one. Their jewelry was sooo not cute and they came in packs?? A friend then texted me and told me that she was having a blast at Pink Slip Dress Boutique. I immediately got out of line, left my "dress" and drove over to Pink Slip. They helped me so much. I felt like it was all about me and that they would do whatever it took to make me happy. They even said if I dont find anything that they have someone that can make me a dress!! I was soo happy when i left and i just felt like the whole time i was there it was a HUGE PARTY!! GO PINKSLIP!!!

Ratings_icons Peaches Boutique is AWESOME!

We just got home from Peaches and we LOVED it! The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughters personal shopper made sure that she had the dress of her dreams and the selection was amazing. I spoke with the owner as we were leaving and she was very delightful. Please do not let these reviews scare me as they almost scared us off. We would have missed out. Thanks Peaches and we will see you again!

Worst of the worst!Buying a dress for that important event should be a happy experience ,instead as soon as you walk in they welcome you with the worst attitude and an angry face . I felt pressure because they have the dresses back there how ignorant ! they have to bring them out. It will be easier if you can walk in and pick the dress that you like .After the long drive I regret going there they DO NOT CARE. I hope they go out of business. I bought 2 dresses there they dont even say thank you!whatever you do go to a place where they care and treat you right!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I completed my purchase of my daughters $400 prom dress and returned the day before the prom as told to pick up the dress. My daughter tried the dress on and the alterations had been completed. Satisfied I proceeded to the counter to confirm the bill and purchase. Everything was going well. I then noticed a beautiful dress bag with the name Peaches on it. I just assumed my beautiful dress would be put into the dress bag. Wrong! My $400 dress was stuffed into one of those thin plastic bags you get from the cleaners. When I asked the salesperson if I could have one of those dress bags she informed me that it would cost $10. I wasn't about to pay $10 for a dress bag that should have been a given. Stinking Peaches!

Ratings_icons Don't go to Peaches

Meaghan O.

Don't go to Peaches. They have beautiful dresses, but that's about the only nice thing I can say about the place. The staff is rude, the store is set up poorly (there's no place for moms to sit, the changing room is sort of in the middle of everything- no privacy, etc.). They make you feel like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you try on their dresses. They seem to forget you're a paying customer.Instead, go to B Beautiful in Northbrook. I went to Peaches for my prom dress, and while I loved the dress, the shopping experience was stressful. My mother and I just took my sister to B Beautiful in Northbrook. The experience was AWESOME. The store ownes were super nice and helpful. My sister needed two dresses, so they understood immediately that my mom was looking to stay within a price range. All the dresses they brought her were affordable. She got two gorgeous dresses for about $350 total. Those dresses would have easily cost her over $500 at Peaches.so, even if it's further away, go to B Beautiful! It's worth the trip!

Ratings_icons Peaches NOT SO PEACHY!

Andrea R.

We should have listened to the other bad reviews regarding this store but my niece had her heart set on going here. BAD CHOICE.
Do NOT shop here - there are other places worthy of your time and business! The OWNER is disrespectful and blatantly rude. I guess the owner feels that she has so much business she can treat you badly and doesn't really need your business. They have signs posted everywhere about their "policies" and if you don't toe the line - she'll tell you to leave.

You are only allowed to pick THREE dresses and get in line to wait to try them on, oh yeah after you wait and wait, before they allow you in the dressing room - they check to make sure nobody from your highschool has bought the same dress - yes before you can even try it on! If they have you can't even try it on for color or to see if you like the style. You could end up trying on 20 dresses and they have to check every single one before you try it on. I asked her why not just check the one we would like to buy???? seems obvious. That's when we were told "this isn't the store for you, get out!" Imagine how much time is wasted looking up 20+dresses for every girl in the store, no wonder why people are waiting there forever. Oh yeah, without a single chair in sight - Definitely not customer friendly! The owner is the DRESS NAZI - if you don't like the color of their carpet - NO DRESS FOR YOU!

Oh did I mention the creepy older gentlemen who works there, standing by the dressing rooms as the girls come out to get zipped up? He's the owner's Dad.

Do yourself a favor and go to BBeautiful, Fit2betied, Sparkles, anywhere but here.

Ratings_icons "This is NOT the Store for you"

Maria A.

My daughter was very excited to check out their dresses After looking over the website she found a few that she would like to see in person and so we went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Although the store was not very busy we were not greeted at the door. One of the sales associates briefly explained the stores policies after my daughter went over and introduced herself. My daughter was interested in one specific dress that was available on their website. The sales associate asked if she had a picture. My daughter told her that she did not but she knew exactly what it looked like and had the style number. We were both informed that the store had no inventory system and there was no way of tracking it down. Then I was told that the dresses on their website were separate and may not be present in the store itself. We left it at that and began looking at the gowns. Once we started looking at the dresses we were informed that we were to be given a number correlating to the fitting room and we were only allowed to pick out 4 dresses to begin with. After my daughter found 4 dresses she was ok with the sales associate grabbed them out of her hands and told her to head over to the fitting rooms. She also yelled back at my daughter and I, "Don't pick out anymore dresses your sales associate will!!!" Now I was a little bewildered by the comment. Wouldn't my daughter and myself know a little bit more about what she needs and what she is looking for than another sales associate she hasn't even met? The fitting rooms are not private in any sense. Each fitting room had no mirror inside of it for the girls to get the first look at their gowns. They are facing the doorway and apparently it is "policy" that the sales associate zips your dress. Which means my daughter would have to come outside of her fitting room, which is facing the front of the store, unbuttoned and unzipped in front of everyone including the male employee working at the register. My daughter was uncomfortable with this idea. It odd enough to have a very random employee placing their hands on you let alone doing it while you're half way dressed. I asked the sales associate if it were possible for me to stand by my daughters fitting room door and see the dress for myself before she stepped out. I was informed that it could not happen. Then I asked if I could zip her dress for her while the sales associate watched. I again was told no, and very rudely stated, "If you break it you buy it." I was tired of bickering back and forth with teenage sales associates so I asked to speak with the manager. After explaining to her that my daughter feels uncomfortable being zipped up by a total stranger the manager informed me that it was store policy and nothing could be done about it. I asked if I would be able to zip her up and she rudely said no and proceeded to say, "This was not the store for us." I told my daughter to leave her dresses in the fitting room and that we were leaving. My daughter was relieved that she wouldnt have to step out half naked in front of a store filled with people.

This is the third time I've gone shopping with one of my daughters for a prom dress and I've never received such horrible service. The TEENAGE "sales associates" are rude and unprofessional" dressed in jeans and t-shirts. They are unhelpful and are quick to rush a sale.

My second daughter purchased a Jovani prom dress from a store called Fit 2 Be Tied on Harlem Ave. in Chicago. This dress cost me over 500 dollars after alterations. I would recommend this location to anyone. After this little fiasco with Peaches I headed straight there with my youngest daughter and she found her dress within 2 hours. I was in the fitting room with her. The dresses are in perfect condition covered in plastic, the alterations done by the owner and they also steam your dress before the event. They also register your dress for you just like peaches. There was no rush, a private fitting room and the owner was there every step of the way to provide suggestions and even help pick out dresses we may have missed. You can pick out as many dresses as you like to try on, nothing is too much to ask for. They also have a lay away service. And most importantly they will make sure to order your dress in a timely fashion well before your prom date to fit in time for alterations.

I will never EVER shop in Peaches again let alone allow one of my nieces to shop there. They need to realize they are NOT the only prom dress boutique in town!

Nashay H.

I went there on Thursday with my mom. They are so helpful. It is a three limit dress that you can try on but since they didn't have the dress I wanted they tried their best to satisfy me. They brought a whole bunch of dresses just so I can find the right one.Even though I didn't find the dress I wanted in the store, they specially ordered my dress. They have such friendly and caring staff. The best boutique I've ever been to. I recommend this store to everybody who wants friendly and helpful customer service.

Ratings_icons BEST STORE EVER< don`y know why it took so long to go there.

I can not see how anyone can write such bad reviews, I brought my daughter there for here prom dress, and had nothing but good experiences, They are very helpful and try to help you in every way..Yes when you get there you have to go threw a process, but It is very help full as they have the largest selection I have ever seen, You don`t have to order as they caring a lot of sizes in one style or another. If you have to order and they till you then can get it I believe it cause my daughters best friend ordered here dress and loved it as It was the one she really wanted, But why any one needs to order is beyond me as they have the BEST selectionn I have ever saw.We had alterations done and they turned out wonderfully. Yes there busy and I expected to wait for alterations as prom is a very busy time of year and I have waited before at a different seamstress. So that is why I gave us plenty of time for our dress to get altered

Ratings_icons Best Selection

Peaches has, by far, the best selection of prom dresses that i have yet to come across. I have purchased three dress from this boutique and have had only positive experiences. Yes it is expensive, but prom is a costly event, and their prices are pretty standard. They offer every style dress imaginable and have different sizes and colors IN STOCK! You can try your dress on and take it home the same day. You will not have to worry about ordering it offline. You will not find a better selection in any department or bridal store.During prom season, Peaches becomes incredibly busy. Get there when it opens and try to be one of the first in line. Or try to go during a less busy time (not weekends or holidays). If you can't be there when it opens and you have to wait for a dressing room, you will still save time as opposed to driving from store to store. When it is your turn in the dressing room, the person assigned to you works to help you find exactly what you are looking for. They have always taken their time, and i have never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing a dress that wasn't what i wanted. I do feel that their accessories were a bit pricey, but again you can purchase everything in one place, so maybe the price is worth it for the convenience. All things considered, i definitely recommend this store to my friends, and other prom goers. Peaches is a one-stop-shop for all prom needs.

Don't shop here....the girls are rude and they don't like to help anyone. It was the most awful shopping experience ever! I waited for 45 minutes and I was the only one in the store! NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! I don't why they wanted to stand behind the counter and chat, if you don't believe me read one of the employees review about all the comments and reviews we customers have made and you will know never to shop at this place. I wonder if they owner knows how they act....I hope this place goes out of business!

I had never heard of Peaches through advertising before but was referred there by several people as a place to shop for event dresses for my high school aged daughter. At the time I decided to check out the store I had seen a total of two reviews on another site - one fairly negative and one very positive - so I decided to take my daughter and her best friend there to shop for homecoming dresses. We went in with the attitude that if we didn't like it, we could simply walk out and look elsewhere. That being said, we arrived at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning and stood in line behind the one other group that was already waiting. We were disappointed in the location and surrounding area as well as the look of the store exterior and from that first impression we were fully expecting to walk in and walk right back out. At 10:00 the store opened and we went in. We were immediately greeted by an employee who took the time to explain their process (pick a few dresses that you might like - don't worry about the color or size for now - and head back to the fitting rooms). When we got to the fitting rooms, each girl was assigned a number and the employees (one for my daughter and one for her best friend) immediately began to bring other dresses that were similar to the ones we had chosen upon entering the store. We had also brought a stack of pictures of dresses that the girls liked from the Peaches website and the employees immediately looked through these and brought out any style that they had on hand. The store does not carry all of the dresses shown on the website as we had expected they would, but they certainly had quite a few others to choose from.

The store was clean, well organized, and the employees were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very prepared to help when and where needed. They were very accomodating in bringing dresses, listening to the girls comments so they knew what styles and colors to look for, and very helpful in answering any questions I myself had. The store did start to fill up with shoppers and soon the 10 fitting rooms were filled and there were girls modeling dresses everywhere. I personally found this to be a pretty neat thing as each girl started to narrow down to her dream dress:)). It would have been nice to have a chair to sit in because the visit turned out to be about 3 hours and I have a bad back, however that was minor in my opinion. There was one girl who brought a huge group of family members with her and there just was not room for this - they took up a lot of space and got in the way of girls trying to view themselves in the mirrors. Also, the men in the group made some girls uncomfortable as they came out in dresses that were a little too revealing. But the Peaches website does request that you keep your group down to a minimum number.

At the end of our visit both girls had found a dress that they loved. They both had different budgets and we all thought Peaches accomodated both very well. The best friend paid $100 for her dress - loves it - and took it with - no alterations needed. My daughter paid almost $400 for her dress - loves it - and left it with Peaches for alterations. A few days after purchasing the dresses, I found this site and pretty much went into panic mode because of the negative reviews. My fear that I would not have my daughters dress in time for her homecoming dance was growing and what if I get it back and the alterations are messed up as people have posted in their reviews. I called the store, which opened at noon. Calling prior to noon did not work because the phone just rings and rings with no response - no voicemail. I decided to try the e-mail addresses on the Peaches website but both of those messages bounced back to me as "undeliverable". When I called the store at noon the phone was answered right away and the employee was very friendly and very helpful. I had intended on picking up my daughters dress and having the alterations done locally because of the reviews, however I was informed that the dress had already gone out for alterations and the due date was three weeks prior to the actual event date. Just two days later we received a voicemail message from a very friendly employee advising us that the dress was back from alterations and we could pick it up when the store opened the next day. We went into the shop at about 7:30 p.m. and were immediately greeted by an employee. They brought the dress from the back room and my daughter tried it on. The alterations were done perfectly, the dress fit like a dream and now we have 3 weeks to shop for shoes and jewelry.

What an experience. My daughter demanded that this store was the place to shop for prom. WRONG! We waited 1 hour to try on 6 dresses only to find out, that the dress my daughter wanted had to be ordered. The dress wouldn't arrive until 2 weeks before her prom, which worried us. Peaches is a scam. It is grossly over-priced with many false promises. I feel everyone shops there because they don't where else to purchase prom dresses. We ended up at a wonderful boutique in Northbrook, Ill. called B Beautiful. They had a huge selection with wonderful salespeople. They also have a board of schools that they protect every prom girl. They made this experience easy and effortless. This store I highly recommend to all future prom shoppers. Check them out.

Ratings_icons MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED part II

susan m.

After the sale is made I dont see that they care much about you anymore. You are just a number in more ways than you'll ever imagine. I am in my 40's and love to shop but I have never experienced such a laborious shopping event in my life, as I did shopping for this prom dress.

We shopped for the dress 1 month, 4 days ahead of prom and were told alterations take approximately 4 weeks. They gave us a pickup date exactly 1 week prior to prom, which did not make us happy, but we accepted it. When my daughter called to see if it was ready (because no calls were received from Peaches on the first promised date of delivery) the store clerk was actually curt with her as if she were bothering them and claimed they did not give us a date a week prior to her prom as we both remembered. They said it wont be ready for 4 more days, so on the 4th day I called to see if it was ready (now 3 days pre prom) and they said the seamstress didn't arrive as of noon (time the store opens) with the promised, altered gowns. They didn't know what time drop-off would be; stating the seamstress delivers at "all times" of the day. So if you buy a dress at Peaches, make sure you get the date of delivery in writing, on the invoice. Otherwise, their verbal promise can change at their whim. In the meantime, I am waiting 2 hrs. now for a call which is giving me plenty of time and fueled anger to write this letter.

My daughter has a part-time job and a very busy schedule in addition to "still being in school". With Peaches leaving her only 3 days pre prom, now she will have to rush to buy undergarments that suit this particular gown and it doesn't leave much free time to coordinate jewelry and other details that might need to be planned and shopped for a little earlier. Peaches sells these accessories but we didnt see anything that appealed to us.

The store owner/manager proudly told us, while waiting in line in cold weather in their parking lot, how some of the girls had already shopped for Prom in January and February... which is fine if your daughter is seeing someone steady at the young age of 18, but girls not in exclusive relationships are not usually asked to the prom earlier than 2 months beforehand. So why would you shop for a dress in January/February if you do not even know if you will be asked.

While waiting in "a massive boutique audience" while my daughter tried on dresses a woman walked past me and looking exhausted she said "THIS, is a JOB...not a shopping experience. There wasnt enough space for all the people that were in that store, seeing how many times we kept getting reprimanded for blocking the aisles and being told to move back or move somewhere else.

If you do decide to shop at Peaches, I would recommend using your own local seamstress because the ones contracted for the store are probably "overwhelmed"...and that's why the stressful wait to actually receive the dress in a timely fashion.

Im just glad its my daughters last prom; I wont be recommending it to anyone as the optimum prom dress shop, as it was misrepresented to us. Upon that referral we drove over an hour to get to this store. It was not worth it.

Added comments: Had to call a 4th time, 3 days before prom and I was told I could come in from an hour away and the dress would be there.. Then had to wait for them to steam it and the clerk told me it would be $75.00 for alterations. We were told $60.00 the day we bought it. She backed down immediately when I told her that and said oh that was the seamstress price for something extra done. She said dont worry.. well cover it. I later asked her what was considered extra (which there was no mention of possible extra charges during the purchase). She said maybe a string of beads or an extra slit. I said nothing extra was done to this dress. So it made we wonder if the store clerk was pocketing extra cash.

Got the dress home it didnt fit properly so had to rush it over to a local steamstress. On the night of the prom, the neck strap and the back strap broke on her dress right before last two dances.. she had to dance holding the front of her dress up(and the straps were not touched in the 2nd alterations)

I called and told them how disappointed I was in their operation. They promise things they cannot deliver Stay away from this store.. Theres a great one in the Gurnee Mill Mall called Group USA for any norwest suburb people. Reasonably priced, not crowded, a good selection and all the accessories.

Ratings_icons HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Diana E.

THE people at peaches are unbelievable rude.. The store does not want you to call and check on your purchase.
Although they told us they would call when the dress was ready we did not get a call.. We were told that the dress would require 2 or 3 fitting but 10 days before prom they still had not called. When we finally called THEY SAID, "OH YOU NEED TO COME IN RIGHT AWAY!"
THE DRESS STILL WASN'T READY. SINCE IT WAS AN HOUR DRIVE TO GET THERE THEY SAID WE COULD WAIT FOR THE DRESS. WE WE'RE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR. WE WAITED 4 HOURS FOR THE DRESS TO BE PREPARED.

I KNEW I WANTED TO GET OUT AND NEVER GO BACK

THEY ALSO HAVE NO PLACE FOR PARENTS OR WAITING CUSTOMERS TO SIT.
PEACHES DOES NOT HAVE ANY REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

Ratings_icons Worst retail experience I have ever had

Megan T.

This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with a retail store of any kind. Peaches does have a large selection of prom dresses, but the selection is not worth the long wait and the extremely poor treatment. We waited for two and a half hours to try on just a few dresses, and when our turn finally came we were rushed through the process and heavily pressured by several different salespeople to make an immediate purchase. The dress was expensive and was not actually in stock, but we did order it, largely because we were -- falsely -- promised that it would be shipped from the warehouse the next day. After placing the order, however, we learned it would take almost three weeks longer to ship than the owner had promised. When politely questioned about the delay, Barbara, the owner, immediately became extremely rude and refused to hold anything resembling a civil conversation. In response to our set of reasonable concerns, she repeatedly screamed at us over the phone and eventually hung up on us.

Peaches will resort to anything, including shameless intimidation and false promises, to pressure girls into purchasing expensive dresses. Once they have your money, though, you are on your own. Think twice about whether this kind of experience is worth having a few more dresses to choose from.

Ratings_icons Worth every minute/hour and DOLLAR

Dawn H.

Our daughter is extremely opinionated, very shy, and is not at all into showing skin. She had picked a dress from the website. When we called we were told they had it in stock. Well of course we waited a week to long to go. Shopping for the right dress is not an easy thing to do. Many girls do it for a wedding dress only. Our daughter had 4 dresses hanging and waiting for her to try on, yes it took 3 hours, but once we got in the fitting room the attendant paid attention only to our daughter and asked me for advise on how she could best serve her. After the frustration of the dress she wanted not being available, she was going to just CHOOSE something. I told her that we were not paying hundreds of dollars JUST for a dress. It had to be the one! There were bits and pieces of each dress she tried on that she liked but no one actually did the trick, until we were just about ready to walk out the door. Finally, the color she wanted, the fit she wanted, a princess was being made. But wait, it didn't come in her size. They had just sold the last one an hour before. :( I said wait, if you want this dress we will alter it. We cut out the zipper, added laces, cut out the tulle in the front so that her feet -just to below her knees will show. It was perfect! We are waiting for the call to go back and get it and she can honestly not stand the wait.

If you have a picky teenager and YOU have the patience to withstand frustration and some minor disappointment, this is the place to go. Our daughter even recommended it to her friends.

Thank you Peaches, you have made a mothers dream come true. Our daughter is looking forward to being a princess for an evening.

We waited 3 1/2 hours to get a dressing room that is the size of a shoe box. the girls are made to come out in front of tons of people to look in a small mirror. The employees are rude, they rush you, they take things right out of your hands. They expect the parents to stand for hours while they wait. Their expensive, RUDE and I would never suggest taking your daughter to Peaches. Never, will I recommend this place to anyone!

Unless you are looking for a Prom dress avoid this store.
In spite of what the website says, they do not carry all styles, colors or sizes. The selection for Mother of the bride is about 1/4 the selection of most other boutiques. I also noticed the prices have been raised from the price I have seen at other stores.
The manager is combative, rude and started to fight with me in front of the other customers.
The dressing rooms big enough to stand in, no mirrors, no hanger for your coat and a triangle seat made from plywood.
If I could I would rate this store zero stars.

This boutique is ridiculous when it comes to the price on EVERY DRESS! Expensive, low quality, rude service, alterations are horrible...the list can go on forever. Especially waiting for a dress that they said would be ready in "no more then a week" turning out to be three and a half weeks. I do give them the "large selection of dresses" but its not worth the long wait and unprofessional staff you have to deal with. Let alone the headaches you have to deal with when you bring the dress home since as soon as you walk out of the store the dress OR CUSTOMER satisfaction is no longer their concern. They got their money period. Don't waste your time, go eleswhere considering their dresses are $100-$150 cheaper at MANY other places.

Ratings_icons Blatant rip-off

This place is unprofessional and charges inflated retail prices. We saw the same dresses - still at full retail - for less at other area bridal/prom shops. They also charge double the retail price for gloves ($40 vs. $20 elsewhere). The only thing they have going for them is a big selection. If you really feel compelled to go here - I'd recommend trying on and deciding on a dress - but then find another store in the area that sells it (that can easily be done by going through the web site for the designer and style number that you want). The dress my daughter wanted cost $80 more at Peaches than at a local bridal/prom salon in Naperville.

Ratings_icons suck!

ALRIGHT WELL I GOT MY PROM DRESS FROM PEACHES BOUTIQUE AND AT FIRST I WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT GETTING IT BUT AFTER I PICKED IT UP I WAS DISAPPOINTED. THEY MESSED UP MY ALTERATIONS. WHAT MAKES ME EVEN MORE MAD WAS THAT I PAID $500 ON THIS DRESS! WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY! ALSO, I WAITED NEARLY 6 WEEKS TO GET THE DRESS WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 3-4 WEEKS. AND I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THEM. I RECEIVED MY PROM DRESS JUST A WEEK BEFORE MY PROM AND IT WAS MESSED UP. TALK ABOUT BAD SERVICE. I AM NEVER GOING TO SHOP AT PEACHES AGAIN. THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN.

they r rude pushy, they snatch things out of ur hands, they're expensive, the wait is long -- but they have nice dresses. you be the judge if ur willing to put up with this. They also have terrible attitudes and if I have a customer service issue, i suspect i'll have problems. theses people r all about the money!

My daughter bought a $400 prom dress from Peaches. In addition, we paid $60 for alterations. After the alteration, the dress was too tight. The employee insisted it fit and refused to do any alterations unless we paid another $60.

I found the store crowded, the employees pushy, and the manager rude and condescending. I would NEVER go back again.

Ratings_icons Buyer beware!!

Toni D.

Bought a beautiful $400 prom dress for my daughter. After she wore it we followed the manufacture cleaning label and had it dry cleaned at our highly reputable dry cleaners. After carefully testing one of the buttons, the dress was cleaned. About 1/3 of the buttons were defective, melted and ruined the dress. When we brought the dress back to Peaches, they refused to stand behind their dresses and would have nothing to do with us! The manager informed me that as long as the dress was fine when it left the shop, their responsibility is over!! Would never shop there again!

Ratings_icons Quality Formal Wear

Peaches Boutique should be your first stop if you are in the market for formal wear or an evening gown. They have a large variety of dresses with styles and sizes for any taste. They have also been in bussiness for quite a while and know how to help a customer by bringing items to the dressing room and making suggestions.

This is a very high priced pushy little boutique that seems a little out of place for the area. They do have a good selection of prom type dresses and will keep on bringing you outfits to try on in the dressing rooms. But if you are over the age of 25 you will feel very out of place here. I was there once and have never been back. But obviously they have something there as they have been there for ages and have expanded.
