Gerry's Pizza & Italian Rstrnt

I have ordered here quite a few times but NEVER AGAIN! The crust is burned 90% of the time along with the cheese being raw, can you explain that? The consistency of the crust varies every time we order. The waitstaff is VERY rude and most of the time my family has to walk up and ask for our own refills. I don't know if they roll through staff but my biggest problem with this place is the inconsistency of the service and mostly the FOOD!!

I went to Gerry's because it is local. You know that when you see the staff working that it is a locally owned business and the service was exceptional.

I had a side salad with ranch which was tasty and standard. The eggplant sticks were very tasty with the marinara sauce and I ordered them because I haven't seen them on a menu before. Excellent choice.

The pizza that we ordered was half spicy Hawaiian and half Margherita w/bacon. No problem for them to make it happen and both kinds were like nothing I have had before. the crispy crust was a very nice touch.

The meal was very reasonably priced and the service was spot on.

If I were to make a recommendation to them I would say put a dartboard or a pool table in the back so that people would want to stay there. It helps that the place serves pizza till 1 or 2am.

For another customer who wants tasty pizza and is by I-90 and State street I would recommend stopping in for a date dinner or family or friends. It is friendly to all.

i cant believe i paid for that drivel. first they got my order wrong so i had to drive another half hour there and back, and when i opened the pizza box i saw something that might've been a pizza had it been assembled correctly. the staff had no idea that they were slacking off and not giving me adequate customer service. the atmosphere was one of happiness and good times, but thats really only true if you were a 50 something guy with a fat billfold trying to hit on the nasty looking waitresses.

I had the misfortune of eating at this place, and my opinion, is that it sucks! The food is greasy and tasted stale! And the wait staff/owners suck too. Skip this place!

Although there are several pizza places I love, Gerry's is the best. I love their pizzas and garlic bread most of all, but they have daily pasta specials and sandwiches. I haven't tried everything yet, which gives me more excuses to keep going back! The location is great and the atmosphere is homey an friendly. My husband and I have taken to going there for Sunday lunch and we have the same great waitreses each time.

I think this is one of the best pizza places in town. I have a list of a few, and this is one of them. I don't know what it is about there pizza but it's really good. You can definately find cheaper pizza, but if it's quality your looking for check out Gerry's Pizza. I have never had anything other than pizza so i cannot comment on the other food they have.

I think it's the sauce they use.......it's really good.
