Super Nails

I was told there would be a five minute wait, so of course I waited. I was then asked to sit in one of the massage chairs and start soaking my feet. THIRTY minutes later no one had come over to start my pedicure. I finally asked the gentleman working on the woman next to me when I would be helped and his response was "Just enjoy it." Then he proceeded to tell his customer some people don't know how to enjoy things. It was so fantastically rude, and I had been waiting patiently forever. Finally, I took my feet out of the hot water because they were shriveled prunes, and woman screams "SOAK YOUR FEET". I explain to her how long I had been waiting and I was told "five minutes." Forty-five minutes later, I am stating my case, and the woman starts yelling at the man, "Don't tell her five minutes!" It was insanely unprofessional, and despite its location being so close, I will travel to never have that kind of service again. In a nutshell-- completely unprofessional service.

Since Steve has been doing my nails for well over a year now, I am not happy to have anyone else do them. He is very experienced and does a fantastic job. I usually get gel nails and pedicure, mostly french (and he does my eyebrows) - he takes care of all of it and has me spoiled. Thanks! Sharon :)

I did french pedicure and french manicure in this place and I think they did not do a superb job. Maybe it just depend on who is doing your nail, but the girl who did it to me is not that good. The white tip for my french pedicure and manicure is too thick and when I scratches hand nail, instead of doing it over again she just put some polish on top of it, which resulted in not such a good result. The nail polish they are using is just the cheap stuff, I had to ask for OPI to get them. I would not go there anymore because they are way overpriced for the kind of service they provide.
